This dental office! Dr gentuso was wonderful as was all the staff! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

I was a little disappointed that the dentist was unwilling to take the few minutes to grind a sharp place on my front teeth. I guess it is all about the money and there was only money for a cleaning.

I went to the Townsend Dental office after not being to a dentist in a very long time out of fear. It was a warm and welcoming place. They put me at ease and by the time I was done I was feeling better about having to come back for some work. Dr Gentuso was a very nice dentist that put me at ease right away. There is so much more to say but I gave them 5 stars and I want to thank them for making my fearful pre-anxiety appt so relaxing by the end.

No one likes going to the dentist, but if you have to get your teeth fixed you might as well have two cute blondes working on you.
Eileen and Laura make sitting in that chair for an hour something to look forward to.
If either of them ever leave I'll just pull out my teeth and move to Kentuckty.

Dr. Rachel and her assistant Kendra were professional, knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend them for orthodontic work.

Very friendly staff.
I’ve been a patient for years and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my scheduled appointment times.
I required the use of the On call emergency service once, they were very caring and quick to respond.
Services are done with compassion and care, I’ve always felt comfortable and relaxed, knowing they were going to do great work

Provided professional care. The staff is great. Treats you with care and laughs even during difficult appointments.

The dentist and assistant paid attention to every detail. I needed to have old silver fillings switched to current white ones. Best experience. Not a huge fan of Novacaine. I only had one shot I’ve two shots from my old dentist. The dentist also put a resin coating on my two front teeth which were badly pitted. They look amazing. I highly recommend Townsend Dental.

I highly recommend Townsend Dental Group. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. I was on their cancellation list and was fit in this month rather than waiting until March 2023! Kim was my hygienist. She was very professional, informative, friendly and did a great job cleaning my teeth.

Neither good or bad I guess. My tooth still hurts. Apparently this is a dentist group that can not deal with pulling my tooth.it has a cap on it. They did see me on short notice.kudos for that. However, prescribed nothing for pain more than over-the-counter Tylenol. They also referred me to a top notch oral surgeon.nice group there.
