The man that just came to fix our AC was a gem! He fixed the unit very quickly after he arrived. We used our appliance program through Consumers when it went out a few days ago. I am super impressed with how fast and Thorough the tech was today! Thank you so much for what you do to keep our creature comforts working!

Tobin is the BEST. Was 2nd opinion on a furnace issue my 91 year old mother was experiencing. First repair service recommended immediate new furnace for thousands of dollars. Tobin discovered simple common issue, fixed it and then went beyond call of duty to check mom's smoke and carbon dioxide sensors. If and when a new furnace is needed, they'll be our first call!
