Scheduled a pest inspection due to hearing rats in the walls of my home, and they never showed up nor called. Went with Greenix instead!

Highly recommend the staff is amazing from the phone personal to the service people coming to your house. Any questions u hv they answer and give advice not just a company that wants to sell u things. Price market for service is average. Shout out to Dave and Andrea the service techs.

I have used Proof for over a year and they have done a great job with their regular visits. One of the best things about Proof is consistently having the same technician. Jeffary Gort does a great job but even more important than that is he’s a SUPER nice guy! I know that Jeffary was up for a promotion and I really hope continues to be my tech. He’s why I have stayed with Proof even when others contacted me about a cheaper plan.

Signed up for a year was charged 500 for the year. We had one goal. To eliminate mice. Well it’s been a year and 500 dollars later and mice are still able to access our home. Also they charged us after the year was up without our permission so now we have to deal with that as well. There’s no convenient way to text or email them either and ask them why we are still being billed. Edit- they did fix the balance for charging us which we appreciate.

The team we've had has always been friendly, professional and mindful of our property, and importantly, my two labs.

Andrea, who normally services our property always goes above and beyond to greet my dogs, and depending on the season and products being applied ensures they're inside with me and safe. She is great about checking in when she arrives, letting me know when she's on the way out and asks if there have been any problem issues.

Proof has also helped us with a pretty crazy chipmunk problem this year on our wooded property. Super happy with proof but am especially happy with Andrea and our support team.

We've been using Proof Pest Control for a couple years now. They routinely come to our home and replace all of our bait stations, we've seen a significant reduction in mice and ants since working with Proof. The technician is also very friendly and service oriented. Great service for the price!

Cody was extremely professional and knowledgeable and when he left giving me a few suggestions for the next few days what to do I felt extremely relieved.

Be really careful when signing up for this service- they charge you $200 to cancel the “membership” and aren’t forthcoming about this when the salesmen sign you up in the first place. They just said “you can cancel anytime”. Yes it’s in the fine print which my partner should have read but it’s a bummer to pay all this money to try to get out of a service that doesn’t take care of the pests in the first place.

Andrea was great, very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to pest control. We hope I get her again!

Steven Huff and Proof Pest Control are GREAT! We have not seen any pests in our home from shortly after they began treating. We had spiders, hornets, termites, carpenter ants, and probably some We didn't see. Proof Pest Control is PROOF there are reputable companies out there who care about the service they provide. And by the way, the very reasonable monthly rate is well worth it!

We got inconsistent experiences with this company. Some experiences seemed good, others not so much. The staff are friendly, but they would miss bee's nests or do an incomplete job of getting rid of them. They told me I had termites, and it would cost me over $1000 to get rid of them with higher ongoing fees to keep them out. I got a second opinion, and it turns out I don't have termites.

Andrea was very thorough and communicated everything she did to us. Also, she was very pleasant and made sure our questions were answered.
Excellent job, Andrea! (She also had some good suggestions for keeping bugs away from our house). Also, she explained in detail the life cycle of wasps that built a gigantic nest in agree in our front yard. It was very informative.
