Rapunzel's Lice Boutique, Ann Arbor MI

I cannot say enough about this place other than GO NOW TO HAVE SOME PEACE OF MIND! If your child is itching, there is concern for lice, or you have gotten the dreaded school note home, there is hope for you and your family! Even though this location is about an hour from our house, it was worth going and getting checked and treated if necessary.
My daughter was treated for the first time here about 7 wks ago. Active lice and nits were found and she received the full treatment. We also were sent home (bought) the additional oil for the rest of the family as well as preventative spray with great instructions.
Just recently we got another school note home and I found a nit. Panicked but knowing that we didn't have to suffer, I called Rapunzels and got an appointment the next day. They checked our whole family and come to find out it was likely a nit leftover from their initial treatment 7 wks ago. I AM SO RELIEVED AND IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY ($15/head check) to have that PEACE OF MIND! 1,000,00 STARS!:) Thank you Rapunzels!

Oh my where to start. I was so worried and scared. I didn’t know that Rapunzel’s even existed and they do, WHAT AN EXTREME RELIEF. Theresa who set up my appointment was so kind and understanding. Then I went in and met Holly and oh she was top notch and gave me such personal care I was elated. I didn’t have lice just a very dry scalp and washing my hair too much as well as using the way wrong shampoo. Holly went on line and looked up the best shampoo for my hair and scalp, so kind. I will go back if I think it may be once again it was of great comfort. I totally suggest going here if you even have a thought of it, please don’t wait. I walked away feeling like I was in the best hands. Thank you for being so kind to me Holly I see you guys do much more than just the check. I may be back for a haircut, it would be the first time in a million years and I trust you all.

So happy with how friendly Aimee was. She gave us lots of information and made the experience very enjoyable! Highly recommend checking them out! If you think you might have lice this is the place to go!

What a blessing this place is! Paula was our practitioner and I can not say enough about her! She was amazing! She was great with my child, she assured me and told me step by step how the treatment would go. Paula went above and beyond to answer all my questions, and took the time to explain everything I wanted to know. She even told us how the business was started which is very interesting. She put me at ease, she had a great personality, very calming and reassuring effect on not only myself but my daughter! Paula also was SO INFORMATIVE that I recommend everyone to chose Rapunzel’s! Do not use over the counter products just call Paula! Thank you so much to Rapunzel’s and Paula!

Paula was a life saver. I freaked out about both my girls having lice and she calmly cleaned both of the hair and saved us. She explained what she was doing at each step and shared lots of info about lice in general. She checked my son and I as well to make sure we were good. I hope my girls never have lice again but if they do we will be back to see Paula.

Paula was amazing. Treated me and 2/5 kids. I did not feel comfortable with at home treatments. This gave me the peace of mind I needed.

Our family had a great experience with Paula. She was very professional and extremely thorough and knowledgeable. This place is pricey but so is home treatment—so it’s worth it having a professional who has all the right tools and a guarantee that we won’t have to start all over

Request Cassie was FANTASTIC! I had my 2 little ones with whom she was awesome with they are 4 months and 5. She was extremely fast, I have hair down to my butt she had me done in a hour! Highly recommend to any and everyone! Also we are mixed so litterly everyone can go come here any hair type!

I called their hotline at around 1am in a panic. No one was there and it is currently a holiday weekend. The owner called me back the next morning just based on my caller ID as I had not left a message. He got me in to the Ann Arbor location the same day, again on a holiday weekend. They were wonderful and really put my mind at ease. 100% recommend this company! Thank you so very much!

This place saved me from a full blown panic attack! I’ve never had lice before and I definitely don’t do bugs. I called Rapunzels begging them to stay open and Kevin on the other end made it happen for me the same day. They were professional, calming, and made me feel so much better! If you have lice this is the place to go! Worth every penny!
