I had an anti-oxidant facial with Angie. The service was so relaxing and my skin felt great afterwards. I would gladly have another facial with Angie. I also had a stress relieving massage, definitely relieves stress and quite a few knots in my aching body. I took advantage of a 25% off coupon that was texted to me and I greatly appreciate the professionalism of all the staff at Accolades Salon Spa. Thank you for a relaxing day.

Love my new haircut. Kelly is the best. The salon is so clean and careful about following sanitary procedures during the pandemic. I always feel safe there.

Restoration facial with Angela is the most incredible, soothing experience. I wish I put myself first like this more often.

I have wanted to try this salon for the longest time. I am so glad I did. Samantha cut my hair. It was so nice having my hair washed and deep conditioned. My stylist was warm and professional. My original stylist called in sick but they were able to offer me a new appointment the same day.

I’m super disappointed in my recent experience with Accolades. My manicure was terrible. While receiving this service, I could tell the young lady was inexperienced due to the fact that she was leaving MULTIPLE areas of my nails without polish, like she was nervous to get any on my skin. As she was finishing up, I looked at one hand and noticed bumps, missing spots, and terrible brush strokes. I asked her to fix it and she just went over a few fingers and called it good.

These pictures are from 1 day after getting my nails done. Multiple paint chips from the young woman going over it too many times to try and fix them, already look grown out cause she didn’t paint the whole nail.

I sent good money on this “organic manicure” and the results are terrible.

Manager reached out and gave me a free manicure with a senior nail technician and was super kind about it.

I have been here twice and am pleased with the way my hair looks and feels. Megan is awesome- she listens to my concerns about hair loss and is helping me get my hair healthier. The bonus is that they also offer gel manicures and pedicures and everything is very clean and safe as far as distancing, sanitation, and plexi glass in between stations.

Samantha is phenomenal! Everytime I come in she gives me a great haircut. I have great conversations with her and I always leave feeling great.

I have had my hair cut with Paige three times now. She listens to my concerns and always respects what I am comfortable with doing, even after having gone 2 years without a hair cut prior to seeing her for the first time. At my most recent appointment, I decided to cut my hair much shorter than what I am used to. I am obsessed with it. Paige does an amazing job! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist that they can stick with.

Very nice, KIND, place. Today, I was scheduled with Shelly because Paige was out. She took the time to read my file before hand. Very impressed with them both.

I was really happy and excited for my birthday they gave me a good discount however, it was the first time I got hair service I usually go there for a massage service. I got a root touch up but it did not go well I went from a golden blond, which I loved and did not want to change to a dark brown I trusted the stylist who suggested that she will mix two colors to bring up my color. I trusted her SHE is the PROFESSIONAL. I guess you can PAY to ruin your hair I am not happy at all I will never do my hair there again I don't even know what to do with my hair now and I have to wait for at least six weeks to change it. I just have to go to my hair lady that I have been going to for years I was just trying something, different for my birthday, which did not go well. However, loved the massage and facial service I got Place is nice and clean except for the lack of diversity Its all Caucasians, I've been going there for years they offer tea, coffee, water mostly to their Caucasian customers I had to ask for my tee.
Everyone’s experience is different because, we all are different their workers act like they never seen a black person in their life. They give this fake Minnesota Nice smile and I’m like don’t give me your fake smile give me a good service for my hard earned money I’m PAYING for it. Nonetheless, they ask for a feedback but no manager got back to me after I expressed my disappointment of receiving a bad hair service what is the point of asking for a feedback if they do not improve their service? I love Aveda products and I spend a lot of MONEY on it and I also go there to get service not with my sister. It’s supposed to be a place people feel extra beautiful and pampered it can be stressful sometimes because of how some of the workers treat some customers. The truth is that I loved Accolades Salon few years back and I do not even go as much anymore.

I’ve gone here for years. Kelly is my colorist/stylist and is fantastic. She listens, makes suggestions, and is always excited when I want to try something new. Linnea gives me great pedicures and Angela is awesome for facials. I love this place!

Very friendly and big on customer service. Alicia and Shelly are my favorites because they are talented and fun.

Mick is absolutely amazing, he is so passionate and detail orientated when it comes to hair! Extremely pleased with my results. I Hadn’t cut my hair in over a year because I didn’t want it shorter. He taught me that you don’t have to sacrifice length to have healthy and beautiful hair. I WILL most definitely be back to see him!

Sam is amazing! She listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want, we made a plan together and it came together perfect! I love my hair and feel so pretty! My boyfriend loves my hair and that also means a lot to me. Every lady wants her man to notice the effort and thanks to Sam mine did. I'm so glad I found you Sam! I can imagine all the stylists are just as good if you need to feel and look pretty go to Accolades.

Lola was amazing! It was my first time there and I'm new to the state of Minnesota. She gave me advice about some places to eat and things to do while providing the best mani/pedi service I've had in a long time!

I had an appointment with Lola and she was wonderful! I went to a different place a few months ago and got these awful blonde “highlights”. I’ve been hiding them since it happened because i was afraid to get my hair done again. I finally decided to try someone new and hope to get it fixed. I told Lola what I was looking for (an all over reddish brown) and she did it perfectly. I am in love with the color. I’ve found my go to salon and can not wait to go see Lola again.

Great customer service. I got a gel mani and a pedi, both of which did not turn out and the nails chipped in less than 48 hours. BUT I emailed them and within minutes they replied with apologies and very generous offers to have a more experienced girl redo it complementary.
