Amanda is a master of her craft. She absolutely knows what she's talking about and very skillfully navigated a consultation with a very particular client (me). The environment was friendly and engaging. I moved to Minneapolis about a year ago and have spent this entire time trying to find the best shop in town. I've tried many of the top tier alternatives but have never felt 100% confident in someone's ability until today. Save yourself the time and money and go to Allen Ray first.

The people at Allen Ray are outstanding and the finished product is fantastic! I've never been a fan of salons due to mixed experiences other places, but I've been getting my haircut at Allen Ray for a couple of months now and can definitely say that this is the only place I will be getting my haircut now. Heather has done an outstanding job and I would recommend her and the salon to anyone.

Unless you have no hair (which isn't a bad thing) you need (or should) get it trimmed and done professionally. Allen Ray Salon is where you should be going because in life you should always strive for the best. Allen Ray Salon is the Best!

I'm very happy a friend referred me to Allen Ray. As long as I live in Minnesota I won't go anywhere else!

I now have Elle cutting my hair and she's wonderful! She deals with my indecisiveness over hair styles and helped me get the right cut, she was very patient with me. And she's great with my curly hair so I am a very happy customer.

At Allen Ray Salon you are always met by an attractive manager with a pleasant greeting, a nice atmosphere infused with music and that "signature AVEDA smell", a relaxing massage, wash, cut, rinse and facial hot-towel treatment, and a kind smile on your way out.all at an excellent price.

I'm extremely particular when it comes to getting my haircut. I figured I'd try somewhere new and saw the Allen Ray salon reviews online and thought it must be fairly good. I was impressed with the professionalism, experience and of course the outcome. Really great cut - I'd absolutely recommend Solest!
