We've had Aqua Wizards out twice now and they are amazing. Matt made sure we had all of our options laid out clearly so we could make an informed decision. He is super personable and professional. He replaced our old toilet super fast and made sure to show me all the features when he was done. We've found our forever plumbers. If you use them, I'm sure you'll love their work too.

I have used this plumbing service twice now in the last 4 years, and both times I had great experiences. The worker was honest, gave me options, and performed selected services very well. I would definitely use them in future should another plumbing issue arise.

I recently hired Aqua Wizards Plumbing LLC to install a toilet. I was impressed that they accommodated a same-day schedule. However, the cost felt a bit steep, with a total of $1,235 including a $65 travel fee that could be waived if further work was agreed upon. While I would consider using their services again, I would also likely explore other alternatives.

We had Aqua Wizards clean out a drain that was causing water to back up. Scheduling was easy. They were on time and completed the work quickly.

Had an estimate done for a water heater replacement. Was quoted $2400 for a replacement unit. Asked what the material and labor cost breakdown was, but they declined to share that info. Realized the replacement unit was ~$500 after doing research, and was likely cheaper for contractors, and the rest of the cost was for labor. They should be ashamed of themselves for the dishonesty and intent to take advantage of the vulnerable situation.

Anybody who’s thinking about using them please be warned their minimum charge is almost $600 and they will charge you $65 to come out and tell you that. They will not tell you how much it cost over the phone. I’m sure they’ve had many people upset and how much it costs, which is why they charge $65 to come out and tell you it’s gonna be very expensive to unclog your bathroom sink.

We had our main line shut valve replaced. Brandon was our plumber. He did an amazing job, fast and very personable and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Aqua Wizards.

Sump Pump Repair (2023) - Brandon was professional and very personable. He identified the issue, confirmed it, walked me through the various solutions, and ultimately did a great job.

Sump Pump Installation (2020) - Terry and Jason were incredibly professional, personable, and well educated! They executed their tasks in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring any questions I had were discussed and they were very respectful of our house when going in and out. The prices were on point with what was delivered and to hire a company that supports veterans like myself and our local MN charities. We are going to recommend them to any of our family, friends, and fellow veterans!

I recently moved back to Minnesota after 20 years. I was lucky to find Aqua Wizard pluming and I'm so grateful. Jason informed me of everything he did and explained it to me. I couldn't have asked for a better person. I have already told my family if they need a plumber use Aqua Wizard.

We had Aqua Wizards out to give us a quote on some plumbing work we were hoping to add to our home (plumbed in basement bathroom, range gas line added, and some reconfiguring in our primary suite).

The estimator was very kind and knowledgable. The quote came back to be super, crazy, high compared to the competing bids. At that point, it was obvious that we should have just been told that the work was out of their scope. However, we connected with Jill through the company and she listened to our feedback, apologized for the experience, and did what she could to correct the issue.

We will not be using the company for our project but the way they handled the situation was outstanding and appreciated.
