Caribou Coffee reviews
18Canal park in Duluth and this shop was clean, and had ample sitting.and was busy but very efficient.the staff was friendly called out my name rather quickly even though it seemed so busy.coffee was delicious. Caribou is one of my favorites and this shop was a great experience!
The handicap accessible entrance is locked. There's two small steps in the front. So if you use a chair you may have trouble.
Otherwise it's ambiance is great for a chain shop.
One of my favorite stops in Canal Park. Grab a mocha & enjoy the many cute shops! Coffee works, even on a ceiliac diet! Actually opted for my morning coffee here instead of hotel I was staying at.
I am not a coffee person. But if i had caribou where i live, i think i might be addicted to it. Had their vanilla white mocha and totally loved it. Wonder why starbucks is so popular when we have actually good coffee at caribou. Expand your wings, guys. We need more outlets all over the world:)
So if your not open at 6 am as the sign on the door states, and it's 6: 09 am and the door is locked. I casually knock. Apparently that is not acceptable at this location. I was refused service. I don't even drink coffee. I was getting it for my wife. It's our 22nd anniversary and I was trying to surprise her. The Millennial morning manager actually called the cops on me. I never leave a review, however I feel obligated. This is the very first and hopefully the last.
Had a great morning coffee, a hot Turtle mocha from their Signatures. It was really refreshing. The service was good and the ambience of the overall store is wonderful with this old wooden hut look! They have opened the outside seating area. Do try out their Signatures on a cold weekend morning to just start your day on a good note!
Great service every time I've ordered. I personally enjoy caribou more than Starbucks, just the atmosphere of the store and the attitude of the employees is generally better. Also the taste of caribou coffee is amazing, it seems to have more flavor and texture than other coffees.
Up in Duluth on Canal Park Went to take some heart medicine pills while in line. I had my water bottle in my hand and had just pulled my mask away (not off or down or up) when this round guy named Joey snaps at me “Get your mask on you face”! It wasn’t off my face! Little kids on power trips
Usually a good departure from Dunkin Donuts making me iced coffee instead of a hot coffee. Today it was Caribou's turn. Barista behind the counter let me wait about 5 minutes before he took my apparently annoying order. Also he was good enough to give my coffee to the person behind me in line. So not the best experience.
Understaffed, slow staff. There was so many people in line that they were waiting outside but only had 2 people working. Took 20 minutes just to get our order. Messed up my order, ordered 2 frozen hot chocolate somehow that means to them 1 frozen hot chocolate and a cookies and cream.
I like caffeine and if you order on your phone you can go and pick it up at the table inside without interacting with anyone which is great, also one of the few places to get coffee on the weekends after 2pm
Neat Caribou location! They have two stories! Great coffee! Friendly service! They did well despite being VERY busy! Still family friendly!
Always stop here for a coffee when in town, the best coffee by far. Friendly and helpful staff that take pride in what they do and care about the customers.
I like the more locally owned instead of the chains. Although fast, it lacks the local charm and people to people life like a small chain.
Always great Caribou great location within walking distance to the aerial lift bridge nearby hotels restaurants dairy Queen gift shops love coming this Caribou Everytime I visit Duluth and come to this Caribou in Canal Park several times for each visit
Grest coffee as usual, but very slow due to being very busy.almost 45 mins to get mine. Several patrons did not get correct orders due to the staff practice of yelling out names when the order was complete, then setting the item on the counter and walking away.patrons not standing right there didn't know which item was theirs.some unhappy people.
I really love caribou, however their earl grey tea is always a bit bitter whenever I order it. It is unfortunate since I usually love my homebrewed earl grey
Wow, do they have great coffee! I'm glad I don't live in the area because I'd go broke and get fat from visiting there every day! They do serve their latte's very sweet. I ordered the pumpkin white mocha with light flavor and I'm glad I did. Best coffee drink I've ever had!
