Our experience with Everlight was awesome. They took care of every detail necessary for installing the solar panels including figuring out permitting, submitting necessary paperwork, and coordinating with Madison Gas and Electric to do timely inspections and other necessary work.

When having the initial meeting, make sure you have done your homework understanding how you plan to finance. They wanted us to commit that day so they could do a neighborhood buy-in, which was easy for us because we have wanted solar for so long.

They sent us preliminary drawings and inspected our house for the placement of the solar panels and electrical upgrade. Everything went very smoothly partly because, as Everlight will tell you, the installers, electricians, etc.are part of the company.

We were able to follow the status of the project through their app and get quick responses to questions via email. When the day came it was incredibly efficient and quick. A huge crew of a dozen or more showed up to clean the snow off the roof, install the new solar panels, and make all the electrical connections necessary including an electrical panel upgrade. Kudos to the electrical team that turned our 70 year old 100 Amp service into an up-to-code 200 Amp service. By late mid afternoon all power was back on. It was clear that they all worked together very well as a team. They were decent and respectful.

We were interested in a quality long lasting installation with future support included. They will monitor our system to make sure it is working correctly and let us know of any issues. We can also monitor our usage and how much we generate through their app.

Brad headed the install. All went smoothly and efficiently. He kept me informed during the process - all completed in 2-1/2 hrs.

System was installed quickly and professionally, only wait time was on MG&E. Install team was courteous and well informed on their product. Had a great chat with Brad while we waited for the power to be turned on, was very friendly and knew his industry well!

I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the work by Everlight. The electricians (Andrew and Presley) were extremely professional and communicated with me very well along the way on the day of install. The panel install crew was efficient, they were here maybe 2 hours, which included clearing snow from my roof and clearing the driveway of snow that came down from the roof. I would recommend Everlight solar to anyone.

Also, they answered questions that I had or directed me to their customer service for questions outside of the install.
