Fantastic Sams Cut & Color, Brooklyn Center MN

I wanted to have my hair light brown. I know I have black hair but it was my choice. The first time the lady color my hair I didn’t see much. Plus I told her I want light brown so she offer highlights but I said I wanted a bleach. I don’t know what she thought about but the lady just ended up doing a second color.
With the lightning at the store, it looks better but still was not light enough.
She didn’t bleach my hair but I could understand her nagging my choice to a co-worker. Though I don’t understand the lady’s language it is still dissatisfying. Plus I didn’t get the color I want.
She may be worry about my hair but it is my hair after all.

The stylist tay is the only person I let cut my hair she does exactly what u ask for she is so nice and patient I give her 5 stars

Great hair cut but person working front was a bit scattered and appointments were running late

So I went here because I use fantastic sams down in Texas and they're really great there. A guy named Tommy who supposedly has 15 years of experience said that he was comfortable giving me this cut. This guy offered no shampoo no styling and when I mentioned it he said that he didn't flat iron and he offered to shampoo my hair after he cut it. The manager did offer to try to fix it but honestly after that experience I just wasn't even comfortable with that either. The place really isn't that clean and it's kind of run down. Honestly my 8-year-old could have cut my hair better than the haircut I got here and I'm extremely disappointed.

While she kept calling my child a liar when he said ouch but look at his neckline! I would have said ouch too. Never again. ️

Worst experience of my life for my personal birthday gift with my friend. I had a hair appointment scheduled with Tiffany who is fabulous and fast she's done my hair the times. But Tiffany was not in and the manager Tey said Kim can do it. I was not comfortable with that idea but my friend let's try. We picked burgundy for me and golden brown with slight copper tint. Kim left dye all over our ears necks face foreheads. My friend back was stained and she barely rinsed the color out.

She came out Starburst orange, I came out Starburst red. My head was burning the entire time same for my friend. The saddest part was these women took advantage of a women who came in wanting to go blonde. She ended up red. I believe she has some kind of disability that impacted her speech and choices.

Tiffany was in the next day and corrected our colors immediately. I almost just box dyed my hair to avoid the ladies that work there that did this.

Many place Fantastic Sam's in the same category as Great Clips and Sport Clips. I don't. Fantastic Sam's is on a much higher level and the stylist takes their time and for a few dollars more, provides an awesome haircut.

Didn't have to wait two hours and look for my name on electronic board, I simply called and spoke to a real live human and actually scheduled an appointment.

If you want to be treated like a sheep and save a few dollars while waiting hours, then Great Clips or Sport Clips would absolutely be a perfect fit for you.

If you want a great cut by a professional stylist that takes their time and you don't have to wait for 17 hours and wonder why seven people somehow got ahead of you on the wait list, then Fantastic Sam's is your place

Was Taken On Early, Cut and Fade Was Very Good. Even Got My Hair Rinsed And Washed At No Charge After My Cut. See You In A Week

Awesome service and fast hair cut. I was expecting a $30 cut, but it was $30 for two haircuts. Amazing.

Make sure the person cutting your hair nows exactly how to cut it, and not pretend that the do know how. Total mess total butcher job

The lady that help ne would not listen to me, she wouldn't color my hair the way I wanted. I payed alot of money and did not get want I wanted, I will never go there again.
