Fantastic Sams Cut & Color, Farmington MN

Holly was a great stylist. She fixed my “home haircut” issues with a smile. She was excited to cut my curls and left me with a lighter and perfect cut! I LOVED the smell of the products she used so I’m swinging by today to pick them up!

Dianne cut my hair into a lovely bob! Super sweet and kind, I felt heard and got a haircut I really liked!

I use to come to this location however the past 3 visits I’ve had a barber (who I will not name) do a very poor job. I asked for a scissor cut (which is what I always get) and the barber told me it isn’t possible. She then proceeds to cut the most bizarre haircut I’ve ever seen. She also made comments about the thickness of my hairline and dandruff which I assume was a joke (although it didn’t seem like she was joking). This barber is also not into conversation, but I’ll give her a break considering I’d hate talking to people all day as well.she was however very open to talking with her coworkers about other customers (mostly negatively) it was really unprofessional IMO. And they did it right in front of me. After the cut, I don’t understand why she didn’t dry my hair. I left with so much hair on my shoulders and neck that I had to vacuum my car out the next day. Not to mention getting into my car in the in sub zero weather with wet hair was really unpleasant. Also their price went up. You’ll be paying $30+ for a male cut. I booked an appointment and understandably wait a bit due to staffing shortages. But it was 20 mins of waiting, so maybe next time I’ll just walk in because a couple people came in after me and were getting their hair cut before me. The unfortunate part is I really like all the another barbers. They all do a perfect job it’s just my luck I get stuck with the one who doesn’t 3 times in a row. Oh well. Just hair it’ll come back but I won’t be coming back here.

Jenny was my Stylist. She's super quick when clipping hair. She is wonderful and though she seems quiet, that's okay because I'm also quiet and I dont mind it!

One of the worst experience for me in FS. Had to wait for more than 30 minutes of the booked time to get the service. If no stylist is available, why was I allowed to book? No courtesy for customer.

Ashley S.always does an excellent job with my haircut (military regulation) and eyebrows and is never late getting my haircut started at or before the time of the appointment. Great haircuts and always a joy being there:)

Beautician was given several pictures and was asked if she had experience with curly hair and she said she did. However, it did not turn out well at all. I will not be back.

I love Fawn. She will be my forever "Master of Hair" from this day forward. What a champ. She is professional, SUPER knowledgeable, knows what she's doing, can offer recommendations when you just are sick of your hair and don't know what to do. She explained everything up front, and executed perfectly. She's a MaVERICK. I came in a HOT mess, and she just went to work and created a masterpiece. I was very proud walking out. Just WOW! Very nice crew but the girl who did my eyebrows took the whole front and end off one of my eyebrow and it’s waxed completely diagonally…

Selected an appointment with Fawn, as I know she knows my hair and skill level and I found out she was working at a different fantastic Sams so I came in on a whim to Farmington FS and waited for her because she’s worth it! I got my haircut and I was not disappointing whatsoever she did exactly like the picture and did exactly what I needed to perfection, thank you I appreciate you and I thank you Fawn for my wonderful haircut!
