Fantastic Sams Cut & Color, Roseville MN

I went in a little nervous but Yvonne was great. Asked questions and and listened. Very happy with the outcome.

Lisa was able to take me as a walk-in and give me great haircut before my trip out of town

I am absolutely appalled with what happened with my hair. I went in and had over 12 inches cut off! I was so excited! The front was so cute.but I was never shown the back. <my mistake for not asking

It wasn't until a week later that a coworker made a comment about the back of my hair. Who looks at the back of their head, right? I went home and looked, I was MORTIFIED. Words cannot describe how the back looked. I was walking around like this at WORK and in public for a week!

I ended up running to my usual Fantastic Sams in Arden Hills and the manager stood there for 5 minutes in awe. She took pictures of my hair before she fixed it and she made it *chefs kiss*. I ended up having to pay over $80 for a haircut that should have been right the first time.

Update: The manager was so incredibly sweet and returned my money. I appreciate her listening to me talk a million miles a minute because I was so upset/overwhelmed. Thank you Alex!

This fantastic Sam's has great costumer service and friendly staff! I have never been unhappy with any service I have had here. This is my go to salon!

Easy going, convenient place for me to get hair services, excellent customer service, decent prices, (I can afford to tip more then), and the only thing is that sometimes they are really busy! Not pretentious like some salons, so popular for their approach and relatability. I enjoy seeing Tina to get my haircuts, she remembers me, and we talk the entire time and my hair ends up looking better when she's done! Thanks you guys!

I’m not going to try to be mean, but, frankly, I did not get a good haircut here. Didn’t offer a shampoo before the cut, no layering or shaping, lengths were very uneven (especially on the sides), barely touched the back of my head, and didn’t ask me if I liked it or if I wanted her to do any thing else to it. Just took off the cape and that was it. Very little effort at all, honestly. I can almost certainly say that it was one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten.

I'm sharing my experience as a warning for anyone with thick or curly hair. I received the worst hair cut of my life from a stylist who I hadn't officially booked with. I left with my hair wet and only learned how horrible the job was the next day. My colleagues and peers were appalled at the poor quality of the service. It appeared as if someone was maliciously hacking at my hair with children's scissors. The reason I gave a 2 star rating was only because the manager was responsive to my concerns and refunded my money. In this instance, I would say quality is more important than a cheap haircut.

I was very impressed with Yvonne. She was the only stylist who noticed how I was wearing my hair when I arrived. I’m looking forward to going back for a specialty perm next week.

As a curly haired girl I’m always hesitant on getting haircuts. My stylist was friendly and listened to my concerns. Will be back for trims and hair maintenance.

This was my first experience at FS Roseville. Yvonne does a great job asking about your preferences and going above and beyond to get the look you want. I've received a lot of compliments and I really like the color.

My experience with Brittany was not very good! I scheduled for updo and she simply didn't know how to do it and I asked her to stop messing my hair. She might be good at somewhere things but for sure updo is not here expertise.

Just a 100% honest review… my appointment was a little rocky but also my hair wasn’t the easiest project. In the end I was very pleased and happy how it turned out. It meant a lot that Yvonne really listened to what I wanted and made sure I didn’t leave unhappy and she did her absolute best.
