I've been going there to get my hair colored and cut for a few years now!
The stylists are very professional and sweet! Plus, some of them are Bible believing Christians! That's an xtra plus for me!

Krissy is the best! She does a fabulous job everytime and an awesome personality. Will only have her do my hair for now on!

So to be fair, this review is overdue. I was at the salon last summer. But the experience I had remains so memorable it's worth sharing.
Asked for a haircut and foils. The MOD that day was leaving 1 stylist to work alone for the night (which maybe was normal, maybe short-staffed, I can't possibly know). With 3 people in chairs and accepting more appointments.

At one time my stylist was working on 4 people consistently.and it was a trainwreck. It was too big of a load. My foils were getting checked consistently and on-time with 3 people.once she had a 4th in a chair. BAM. Breaking point.

My stylist had too many clients and was no longer able to do a good job. The reason I took forever to write this is because my stylist was also just about the nicest person ever.she was so kind. But I ended up with bright white circles on my roots where the foil's leaked, and a choppy haircut. 3 days before a vacation. I know she saw it.but she was so bogged down with work there was no time left in the evening to try and repair my hair.
I haven't gotten my hair cut or colored at a salon since, it was so disappointing to pay that much money and have my head look so odd. All my ponytails showcased the bleach leak circles. I could have done that to myself at home.
I tend to think if my stylist weren't overbooked, it may not have turned out that bad. But I felt myself getting anxious at the manager continued to accept appointments, because then there were still the possibility of 3 walk-ins. So 8 people in total, when I was getting a multicolored foil that needed focused attention. All in all a very upsetting experience. I think I spent just under $200 but it was HUGE treat for me to do that. I hate all my vacation photos because my hair was so bad. Just use caution. Make sure they are well staffed and attentive.or go somewhere else.

Made a same day color appointment was able to also get cuts. The lady was great she colored my daughter's hair, cut mine while hair was processing. I had no appointment. We both walked out just over 100 for all our services. Thanks!

I went in at around 11: 00 am to get a hair cut. I showed the photo of the style I wanted. She didn’t ask for my name or number when I got there so she didn’t see what the size of clippers to use. The hair style isn’t even close and it looks like something a liberal would wear. I’ll cut my own hair for now on, it’ll turn out better

Clean and tidy professional environment, pleasant and competent stylist who listened to what it was I wanted not what they decided they wanted to give me also worked very well with children! We'll go back n

Honestly, I have attempted to go to this location many times over the years, I have never been treated kindly, always like they do not want my business. The thing is. I don't have to spend my money there. Drove to Blaine and was treated like I was a friend "hello, how are you today? Happy Wednesday! " goes along way. Try smiling and being Friendly to people, you are in the wrong location to be jerks they is no shortage of hair cutting places. Lesson finally learned - drive the few extra miles.

Went to get a haircut here but the lady was rushing it and didnt take her time or anything and just cut my hair, i waited for 5 or 10 mins which i didnt mind at all i even told her ill wait for the other girl to cut my hair but she insisted she would do it for me since i waited for a while (which again i didnt mind waiting) i told her i wanted a fade but she didnt do it but cut it kinda bald so now im stuck with a ugly bad haircut now.wont be going there no more.very disappointed and kinda sad/embarrassed that i have to wait for my hair to grow out n be stuck with a bad haircut.i would give this place a -5 star for my experience here.

I got my hair bleached there a few months back, and i had previous color in my hair, the lady did a great job getting the color out, but my hair was EXTREMELY damaged and brassy, it completely washed me out. I showed her pictures before she started to show her what i wanted and she didn’t even get close! If I could give this place negative stars, I 100% would

They were amazing and listened to my needs, they were able to get my burnt faded red to a beautiful black and silver ombre! Definitely recommend coming here! Thank you Ann-Marie for your great work!

Stylist simplified what I wanted done to get me out of the way faster. Didn’t ask if I wanted eyebrows trimmed. Didn’t shave the hairs on the back of my neck. Worst service I have had in years. Will not be going back. $20 is cheap, just not when the cut takes 5 minutes.

So i called to set an appointment for a haircut and the person who answered hang up when I ask if we need to set an appointment. So I thought she hang up by accident so I call back and they never pick up I call again 10 min later and never pick up.

I've been going to this location since I was a child and I've always had great experiences!

Called to inquire about color cost. Person on the phone was Ill informed, and then in the background the person informing them after I asked, and said what I wanted done just goes "WoOoooww" not how you gain clients. Rude. I'll take my business elsewhere.
