Realy bad' experences' they are races' they dont even want to talked' with us. I was so unconfortable staying there when they were dying my dougthers hairs' i love my dougther' i have had to wait' the worst place i ever been' ever
They charge' me $300.00dollars for dyed my dougthers hair' my dougthers hair' it is so short' worst' worst place'
They did not ' did something diferent' than dyed'

I'll be wearing a hat for the rest of my summer. I highly recommend NOT getting your haircut here.

Chop shop. Worse cut and color ever. Total time < 60 minutes. Stylist has no personality or skill for that matter. Pay more and get QUALITY service.

A simple haircut turned into $46. I was shocked to say the least. I understand they had to make up for the 3 months closed down but they didn’t need to do it all at once. And the haircut was not that good. She also suggested I get a treatment (about 3 minutes) because my hair was very dry. No price mentioned but when done I found out it cost $16. I guess I should have asked. I will not go back.

No I don't want to buy one of your scalp treatments. No I don't want an eyebrow wax. No I don't want my nose hairs trimmed. No I don't want to buy your products. I am here for a haircut. I want a haircut. STOP trying to sell me everything every time I come. It is very annoying. While I've been happy with the haircuts, I'm over it. I used to go to a fancy salon and pay 4x as much for haircut. Frankly, I'm ready to go back because I'm tired of the constant sales pitch.

They're okay for the price. If you're a man don't ask for a fade, they never get mine quite right.

The staff was welcoming and was able to seat me right away. The stylist asked me if I wanted additional services, but did not pressure me to make additional purchases.

A little spendier compared to great clips, but didn't cut my hair into a bowl, so there's that.

They do a great job for my simple needs here. I find myself coming back here over and over because of their friendly service and quality.

They try to sell you products and extra services but it can be a trendy, inexpensive place to get a haircut service

Ashley P is the best! I've never had a bad experience here. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and everyone is very friendly. I've been seeing Ashley for several years now, and I trust her completely with my hair. She's done everything from a gorgeous balayage on my long hair, to a super fun and trendy pixie cut yesterday! Prices are fair, and I never feel like I'm being pushed to do/buy anything I don't want. If you want a "fantastic" haircut, go see Ashley!

I just saw Kristi. LOVED the service. IN LOVE with my hair. Kristi made me feel comfortable, she listened to what I wanted, gave great advice, and she made me want to see her again! When I wasn't sure, she gave me confidence. And my cut is THE BEST I've had in YEARS. Finally someone did what I WANTED and not what they've been TRAINED to do. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my cut. I can't wait to go back!

Very quick and friendly service, good work, they have nice product and recommendations if you're new to using product. The best part is the great shampoo job they do after a cut.

I went to a more up-scale salon several times after years of bad haircuts from the Fantastic Sams and Great Clips of the world. But, even there the stylist I'd seen multiple times and I must have had a HUGE miscommunication. I hated the experience and the cut. I was never going back.

Then I found Ron. He was the first person in my life to understand my hair, how to cut it, and what I want.even when I didn't know. Our first time together I spent like 4 hours getting my hair colored and now I go back to him for all my cuts.

Even if I don't know what I want and he gives me more layers than I imagined.it's still a great cut and looks awesome so I really can't complain about it.

Ron saved my hair! I completely did a botched bleach job and he managed to make it beautiful in 2.5 hours! I promised i was done self bleaching. I AM! I'll be back!

I didn't have to wait and I was able to walk in and get a color and cut. My stylist was very thorough. She asked questions to determine what I really wanted and offered helpful suggestions of what would work best without any pressure. She took her time with my hair and really made me comfortable with the process and the results. I was very pleased with the outcome. It should be noted there was a sign at the front desk stating that location does not accept the standard coupons.
