They need to know how to do haircut. She used trimmer to do haircut and kept big patch. It's very visible and to cover that patch shorten hair more, which made worse. Don't visit this great clips (Vinewood Ln N, Plymouth).

Stylist was very rushed and didn't take enough time to understand what I wanted. She was also annoyed when I asked her to make some adjustments. Overall, there was still uneven and missed parts.

Noticed Very rude behavior with other customers by employees when they were requesting changes and she was in a rush to finish and finished my haircut so fast, never ever experienced this before. Not happy.

Sandy was very friendly and offered me a great hair cut. I am definitely coming back.

It was alright for customer experience. The haircut was pretty bad. I asked for a skin fade. But neither side were even. They were working fast to get you through and on to the next. I was pretty embarrassed to show my haircut off. I avoided great clips for many years after they left lines of uneven hair and had to goto a local barber the same day to get it fixed and even they felt mad this had happened and offered it for free. Well I decided to give great clips a chance again and now I have uneven hair on my left side from the right I’m getting it fixed on Tuesday it’s embarrassing.
