We had an excellent experience with Omega Force replacing a heating element in our dishwasher. Our technician Ivan was extremely courteous and always transparent with costs. Ivan made sure to thoroughly test the functionality of our dishwasher after replacing the part and he left the area very clean after completing the job. The ability to get live text updates with short arrival windows ensured that we weren't waiting around all day for our technician.

I found it hard to select an appliance repair company. It won’t be in the future! Nate was assigned to diagnose a range hood that was no longer powering on and a stove top with a burner that stopped working.

He was really fantastic. A pleasure to have in my home and a tech that was very capable. He was honest about the repairs that were needed and the cost. He even empathized about a tough decision to repair vs replace.

I replaced one myself and he repaired the stove burner.

The Omega Force techs were great! They talked me through their analysis of the problem (electric motor died) and showed me the parts most common to fail on my model of dryer, then quoted price to replace the failed part.

After getting wrong couple of times, I just called it off, then I hired Omega and they just replace the fan and now everything works great.
