Hiring process is terrible I tired contacting them and I have been ignored I left voice message several times I Have phone records if they try and say otherwise.

Terrible company. They do not care about you. If you are injured, they will fire you. They'll try to claim its performance based although your metrics are meeting or exceeding expectations. Then when you challenge them about your performance, they'll say it's because they don't have enough routes for all their drivers even though they just hired you and are continuing to hire.

They will retaliate against their employees if they were injured to avoid any workman's comp claims. Even if you never make a workman's comp claim. Greedy liars no amount of prayer will save them from their treacherous actions Allah will have vengeance on them.

A professional company that goes the extra mile to make sure all the employees are supported. The overtime are well compensated and the daily routes taken are usually less hectic. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with you.

Great culture and enviroment. The management support and aid the employees in whichever they need. The working hours are also flexible.

I worked there for over a year and quite honestly it was terrific. The nature of the job allowed me to thrive and enjoy a lot of freedom and I can only say the management team was absolutely professional. The management were always friendly and were willing to listen to any concerns brought to them and able to find solutions. I wish all companies cared about their employees like Optimus does.

The atmosphere is amazing here. My co-workers and dispatchers are great people. The other drivers are very friendly and don't mind talking with other newer people. The dispatchers also really care about everything from the fleet down to the drivers and what is going on in their lives. I'm happy to say that Optimus Courier is a great place to work with people who care.

I love working here! Everyone is just there for everybody! I am always looking forward working and it feels like my 2nd home. Management is very transparent and they value us very much. This company not only helps us put food on the table, but also imparts on self value and actualization.
