3Got an updo by Kim for a wedding. She did an excellent job. She took her time doing my hair while explaining and making sure what she was doing was what I wanted. 10/10 will go here again for my up-do needs! Thank you Kim!
The ladies were nice and was able to give me a color estimate consultation upon walk-in. However, they each had different ideas, didn't have a good estimate, and no one seemed like they wanted to do my hair. I felt judged, but only if they knew who I am. Bummer.
I started going to Salon 27 this year and I am pleased with my experiences thus far. I have gone twice and both of my haircuts have been with Dina. Dina is super friendly and she is able to take my poorly stated hair request and manage to make my hair look exactly as I wish. Would recommend!
