Absolutely ridiculous I can't call and schedule a time with the employee I want. Way to make this harder on the customer to get an appointment.

I'm astonished how slow this group was today. I'm especially perturbed that after telling her I wanted about 3/4" off the beard length, that she preceded to take off 1/4". I asked for more off, she took off another 1/4".

". Ummm, more off please, " I asked after coaching her on what I wanted from the outset.

Slowing rolling the clock while charging by the minute. I'd have asked for another quarter inch off but I was already upset.

Just bringing my kids to great clips next time. I'll never be back for my own hair.

Great place for a haircut! Staff is friendly and do a great job! I love the ability to checkin online too! I would highly recommend this location!

My teen son prefers Sport Clips for his hair cuts. They listen and give him just the cut he wants.

Ladies were friendly, but was very disappointed with the cut my son received. Not even or clean. Looked chopy. Won't go back.

Typical chain haircut place. So the usual plethora of people that went to "beauty school" and think they are qualified to make things stylish past normal boring typical.

Amanda is the best at giving me a great cut and always welcomes me with a smile. Give the girl a raise!

I love that they keep notes on my son's haircut preferences. The staff is always friendly and engaging.

Won't go here again. Go inside and check-in. I was told to go back into my car and they will come get me. I followed the waiting list on my phone. 15 minutes after my expected time, the person below me jumps me on the list, giving me another 16 minute wait. I go inside to let them know and they ask me 'did you check in? ', and I say I have already been in and the person just jumped me on the list - they say it will be a few more minutes - really!? It's 16 more minutes (over 30 minutes late). Unprofessional! You just lost a customer. You missed the point. I checked in, you told me to wait in my car and then you let someone in the lobby jump me - you didn't come out and get me (there were 2 adults and a child in the lobby - how is that safe?). If you put procedures in place then follow them. Because you let someone jump me it was an additional 16 minutes (over 30 minutes at a minimum DELAY!). Your response is unprofessional!

Stylus, haircut, shampoo and massage were great. Only giving 3 stars becuse when I was there none of the T. Vs worked. Which was kinda the allure for me.

Very easy to book an appointment, have had haircuts for job interviews and my wedding, came out looking like a new man!

The barber had all the tools to do a bald fade and really paid great attention to detail. Very professional and looking forward to visit soon.

Hard to review this one. Location is good. Place was clean. Atmosphere was the good. However my haircut was subpar at best. I would go into details but its not worth it because it was one particular stylist, not the entire staff nor the business.

Terrible haircut. She had no idea what to do. Was clueless in how to give a haircut and asked me what to do every step. You would think the lady would have experience she had none. Go to
