Happy to see this store opening again! They had a great deals on skincare. Will keep coming back with friends.

Over the past year this store has been staffed with the wrong people who do not represent the brand adequately BUT NO MORE new Manger and staff.
I went there today and what a wonderful turn around and yes it's OPEN, products are being updated, clean, great 60% off sale right now. Do yourself a favor, give it another try. I worked for lauder for years and am so happy for the positive turnaround!

RUDE, VERY RUDE STAFF! The cashier literally told me ‘I’m busy’ every time I asked a question even though she was just looking at the phone all the time. When checking out, your stuff and receipt wouldn’t be handled with care at all. They’d just throw them to you. Such an attitude!

This place has a very good deal for high end makeup and skincare products, but they should improve their customer service, I don’t know how the owner of this place doesn’t read this reviews! They don’t make sure that you know that all sales are final at the moment of the checkout. Please check the products before you leave the store to make sure they weren’t used before. Last time I went there Leah, which I think is the manager make me part of what I think is employee theft, when I was ready to check out she told me that she could give me a discount with her code if I pay cash, I didn’t have cash but she told me I could do it with Apple Pay and say yes! Cause who doesn’t want a better deal. I wasn’t aware of what I was getting into until I was sending the money to her, and she told me that she couldn’t give a receipt, and told me not to say anything to anyone about it. I left the place confuse almost panicking because I was thinking that I was part of a theft, and I was but i didn’t realize it until it was too late, I tried to call two days after to talk to the owner but she was the one answering the phone!

Best to call first to make sure they are open! Hours listed are most likely not what they are open!

The cashier (1700870) was extremely rude to myself and my friend. She was not helpful and rude when we asked a question about prices. When we were checking out something came up wrong and when I pointed it out sighed and said to be patient. Very poor costumer service.

This store sounds absolutely disgusting! It does always look abandoned and closed more than it ever looks open. If you want discounted cosmetics, higher end brands than Tjmaxx/Marshall's is probably a better choice. & FYI both of these sell alot of Clinique skincare products etc probably more discounted then here. If they ARE selling products that they know are already used like the reviews state then this should be considered a health and safety Violation and should be reported, I would ABSOLUTELY avoid here!

Drove all the way over to the premium outlet stores from the mall of America to come to the cosmetics store. We arrived at 7: 25 PM on a Thursday and according to Google they were open until 8 PM -when we arrived everything was locked up at the store was closed. Very disappointed -went out of my way to come here and they couldn’t even stay open until 8 PM like their store supposed to be. WTH?

Honestly the workers are very nice but they try to sell you so much stuff. Overall I probably wouldn't come back here

RUDE RUDE RUDE! Under staffed and RUDE! Everyone is allowed to call the store and ask what your hours are! RUUUUDDDDEEEE! Not hang up on you for asking!

The cashier (1700870) was absolutely terrible! She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was attempting to provide her with my CCS account number during checkout, but she refused to take it before starting to scan my items and impatiently told me to "BE PATIENT! " Once she finished scanning, I noticed that not all the items promised by the store were included. I showed her the store's promotional page and asked if those items were available. However, she insisted that the price I received was already the best deal and refused to provide the gift for the 4th of July Sizzling Savings, as listed on the outlet store's website.

I also requested her to link my order to my CCS account, but she became angry and refused, claiming that it would require her to rescan everything. It's important to note that I had initially asked her to do this at the beginning of the transaction. Frustrated, I paid and left, intending to call and speak to the store manager about the poor service.

Unfortunately, when I called, the same cashier who handled my order answered the phone. As soon as she realized that I wanted to file a complaint, she asked me to wait and abruptly hung up on me.

This whole place is a mess. From selling expired and used makeup, to being disrespectful to their customers. I don’t even know where to begin. I purchased a lip liner for 5$ and when I got home and opened it it was half used? I thought it was a joke until I brought it back and asked for a new one. The worker said to come back when the manager was there. She said come back in 15 minutes. I come back and the manager never once came out to talk to me. Instead the worker tells me they are out of the lip liner. So I ask for a refund and they tell me no. This seems ridiculous over a 5$ lip liner right? I thought so too. The worker then tells me to grab any lip liner in the store, I ask her where it is and she tells me “go look over there while I ask my manager” that small of a store and you don’t know where your own products are? Eventually she just handed me a random one that wasn’t even close to the color of the original one. Absolutely distasteful. And then constantly closing your store early with no explanation to your customers? I’m appalled this store is still open with the disgusting behaviors they practice.

This store is never open during their hours of operations. I don’t know how many times I’ve traveled here just for them to be closed.

Came here on a Monday at 2.00 pm and the store was closed. Worst part was no signage anywhere that states they are closed or actually out just for lunch. Disappointed because it took me over an hour to come here.

Awesome store! The gal working was very friendly and knowledgeable! I enjoyed my time! I will shop here again! Prices are incredible too.

The discount is amazing, bought quite a lot of stuff the past two years. But the open hour is really misleading these days. Went there 11/13 Sunday, 3 pm. And they are closed. Same happened October. At least should show the correct open time.
