I had Noah from 1st Choice Heating and Air come look at my AC unit that stopping working. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was able to get the AC back on quickly at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend!

My air conditioner stopped cooling in May. I called Schnelle Heating and Air, employees from which made four separate visits, each time claiming to have fixed the problem. But the house never cooled below 82 degrees. On their fifth visit, Schnelle claimed that my AC unit had cracked and was completely empty of coolant; they claimed that I needed to buy a brand new, $8,000.00 system. I called 1st Choice Heating, Air & Refrigeration, LLC for a second opinion. They said the same thing, but that it would cost $9,000.00 for a brand new system.

I called Neely Mechanical Services for a third opinion. A gentleman came out, changed a burnt-out capacitor, and showed that the air conditioner was actually full of coolant. My house is now 69 degrees, and it cost me $60.

It seems to me that Schnelle and 1st Choice misdiagnosed the issue, so I advise my family not to call on either of them.

(TLDR; I recommend Neely Mechanical Services).

Noah Walker from 1st Choice went above and beyond for fixing our AC unit! Not only did he identify what was wrong, he fixed it to where it’s running really well, better than it was before! He also identified additional causes and identified safety hazards that we weren’t even aware of and got them addressed and fixed too! 10/10 definitely recommend and will use again!

They came out on the double and got my a/c running again right away. I highly recommend them.

After initial issues with the first technician, Noah was very prompt, courteous and efficient in completing the repair. I would certainly recommend him as a repair technician.

Simple fix, 'saved me money' by not looking further, still paid the 85 for the service fee.

Used 1st Choice based on their online reviews and they didn't disappoint. They were able to come out and repair the ac unit, had a little lag on some appointment communication but in the end it worked out. Fair price for the work.

1st Choice is the best! We have used them several times and today's service was no exception. Floyd is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, professional and very thourough! He kept in great communication with me via text and email so that I was not left guessing when he would arrive. I did not have to take a whole day or afternoon off of work, that is unheard of with other companies! Very resonable prices. 1st Choice is definitly the best of the best!

Had Floyd come out, diag and repair my hvac unit. Came out late in the evening and still had calls to do. Very friendly, fair on pricing and did a complete job. Very happy!

1st Choice was recommended to me by multiple people! I called around 9 and didn’t even have time to leave a message before I received a call back. I was told that Brad was coming in the later afternoon/evening. He arrived when they said he would and I was notified when he was en route. He was polite, professional, and friendly! I’m glad I called 1st Choice and though I hope I don’t have to see them again for some time, they will be who I call when we run into issues again!

We had Floyd out this week to fix our interior unit! He came the same day we called and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. He listened to what my husband thought it might be and explained what he was doing the whole time. We are very impressed with First Choice! Five stars!

Called around, no one was able to schedule me in as fast as this company. Was able to get scheduled 2 days out! Floyd Morris was out guy that had come out. Very professional, works very fast, super friendly, willing to help customers in need and give them any advice that could benefit to maintaining their AC unit. Felt like he actually cared for our well being and wanted us to be comfortable in our home. It's a very hot summer and we all know the schedule times won't be perfect but they will keep tabs on you and make sure you get your service. Wonderful company, great service, good prices. Highly recommend!
