This staff is very UNORGANIZED and do NOT work together. You will be on hold longer than you will ever talk to anyone. Takes 3 weeks for them to receive or send mail. I have worked through them since July 2020 (Emailed and mailed time sheets 7/28/20) and I am YET TO GET PAID! Time sheets that were filled out by them and emailed and they call me today 8/18/20 to tell me that they are incorrect. I have talked to them on 8/14/20 and they ensured me that my check would be in my account on no later than 8/18/20 and NOW you call me to say that they are incorrect? The pay is very minimal in the 1st place for what they bill for in the 1st place. I think I have talked to everyone in that building and CAN NOT get anything accomplished.
