I’ve been using 3 trails for a couple years, doing maintenance for my rental properties. I’ve also used them for new installs with zero issues and with courteous after install support They have always been great! Dustin does a great job!

Extremely nice people. Our driver had an accident across the street from them. They let us use their parking lot to get our tow truck hooked up safely out of traffic.

We have worked with 3 Trails Heating & Cooling for 8+ years. They have always been among the most dependable and fair vendors out there. I would trust them with absolutely anything.

The Service Tech was very polite and knowledgeable, and fixed the issue promptly and and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use again

They will try to beat you out of money! Not trustworthy AT ALL! My unit wasn't cooling down my house so I called them as they were just out on a service call to my home 2mo prior. I stood and watched every move he made cas of my experience with them from the 1st visit. He went down to look at the unit, said it was one thing, went outside to that unit said it didn't hv freon. Told him someone had told us cas our system was fairly new it wldnt need freon. He went back downstairs said it was smthn else. I asked if he was sure of if he was just guessing. He told me to get my receipt from their service before to see if it's under warranty, by the time I went upstairs to get the receipt, I came back down to him, he them said it was smthn else! By this time, the 3rd guess, required a part that he needed to pickup from Lee's Summit, he made every excuse in the book as to why he cldnt mk it there in time before the place closed to get the part needed. I hv 2 small children with Asthma as I didn't prepare to go another dreadful night without air. The owner of the company called me and told me that if his guy had come back out to fix the unit, he would charge me after hour fees. Which I totally disagreed with because his work begun "within regular hours" he toyed around guessing what could be wrong with the system (a complete waste of time). The OWNER gv a price that was increased by $150 by which the tech had quoted while at my home. My husband was at work, he said to hell with them and to find another company that we can trust and will not juke us out of money and that's what we did! If you want a company to put a bandage over your situation, then this is the company for you. If you want a trusting company. RUN & RUN FAST! This entire business is rigged from top to bottom
