The staff is super friendly and my dog loves to go visit them as often as we can for belly rubs and treats!

I have lived here for a year and a half. Lovely staff, great amenities, and sweet neighbors. They make residents feel so at home and connected. 10/10 recommend!

Seemed nice at first, but mice eventually invaded the fourth floor, and their solution was to leave poison out under the sink. There were also times that I felt unsafe in the parking lot. Additionally the road noise is horrendous.

We haven’t rented in over 50 years. But we sold our villa at the right time and moved in to 5300 until we decide what we’re going to do. The staff is awesome, always there to answer questions and any concerns. We have the best apartment on the corner across from the City Hall, up high and see beautiful sunsets. It’s like being on vacation. Great amenities. Family and friends are impressed, tell us it’s like a resort. Appreciate the security and convenience of the elevator. We love the coffee bar in the lobby. We don’t worry about the weather, just a walk down the hall to get our mail and trash disposal. Thank you 5300 for making this chapter in our lives pleasant.

The concierge in the lobby was very rude, they misguided me with bad instructions to enter the building, made me do a whole bunch of walking intentionally. Just terrible

Been here for two years. The decline has been absolutely immense in terms of quality, service, friendliness, and cleanliness of the compound since the new ownership/management transitioned in. Might want to check the apartment complex across the street; same concept, just much newer and surely the original management still there. This place is not worth the money at all.

Started off as a great place to live, residents are super friendly and some nice amenities when working. Lately this place has went from luxury to regular. Elevator hasn't worked in a month or more, so if you're handicap accessible needs to be met, look forward to that. Supposed to be a secured building but the doors don't work, and they can't get it fixed so people have to prop open doors to be able to get in and out. Place is constantly dirty, no towels in the gym, trash in the parking lot and green spaces next to them. Key fobs don't work sometimes and even the dog park has issues. Don't report these issues either because the front office staff will just have an attitude about you informing them of something. All in all, it looks nice, run poorly. Bold On Blvd, has similar prices and right across the street. Check there first, wouldn't recommended
