12 Aug 9,2022 11: 22 pm was harrassed by employee wearing an American flag on his head for bringing my registered service dog into the store. I am disabled and my dog is registered. Even after politely explaining this he continued to berate me. He even continued loudly talking about me after I left the store. I could hear him outside.
Seperare incident but last night an employee allowed someone to sell stolen good (socks and a watch) from inside the store and harass customers.
The cashier was super friendly and outgoing. Definitely had a customer service personality going. That really goes along way when you work with the public.
I have been here multiple times, there is no doubt it is a busy store but the people behind the counter are always nice and friendly. No complaints with the customer service.

I don’t know why people give them bad reviews I know the person working there he is very friendly and nice. While I visit there he talk to costumer very great.
Walking into this 7/11 was a nightmare! I initially went in to pick up a DoorDash delivery, which was not ready. Now, as a Dasher, I don’t receive a list of what’s been ordered by the customer, so the man behind the counter starts showing me his phone, yelling at me to finish making his order, and come to find out the machine was down, and then proceeded to tell me that I needed to call the customer for him. I left that order out of frustration and lost about $10 in the process. And if that weren’t enough, I’d lost a set of keys, tried calling the store (they didn’t answer), so I went back up to see if they were there. 2 hours later, store looked just as bad as when I was up there, I’d asked if he’d seen any keys, he tried to argue and say there was nothing here, told him where they may have been in the store, and this man didn’t even look, he actually took five steps to the back of the room, looked to one side, and said “No, we don’t have them, I just looked. ” I went into the bathroom myself, knowing this man didn’t look and left in anger. Went to call the store the next day to ask for a manager, and when I say it took 15 minutes of blowing up their phone that they refused to answer (yes, refused, as it would ring 2-5 times and get sent to voicemail), for someone to pick up and to my surprise it was the man from the night before. I’d asked him if I could get in contact with a manager and he said “We don’t have one in” and tried sending me away. I kept asking and begging for him to give me SOMETHING about contacting his boss, and the best he was going to let me walk away with was “I can take a message. ” After nothing but trying to pry the answers I needed from him, five minutes of phone call later, he FINALLY gave me a time to contact his boss. Bottom line, this store is a nightmare and I highly recommend that anyone doing any delivery services avoid this store.
Don’t shop there very bad quality of the products sold at this location save yourself from wasting your money I’m filling a lawsuit.
Pay attention to your money and always get a receipt. You will regret it if you don’t. They do steal from you. I’m never going here again
I'm here almost on a daily basis, not my choice and I can tell you honestly to GO TO A DIFFERENT STATION! All past reviews are honest. I've seen it personally, heard customers in front of me in line. On top of that, the pumps don't print receipts and I have to have them for work so I'm forced to go inside and deal with these ignorant rude people. If I could go somewhere else, it would be hands down for sure!
The owner likes to steal from his customers. He likes to ring up items that are on sale and charge the regular price. He will also count your food items incorrectly and charge you for more than what he gives you. The owner is not to be trusted!
Extremely rude employees they told me to walk down a different isle because they were mopping but that’s the aisle I needed! If that’s the case they need to close down While they mop! I know it can be very irritating but you’re not supposed to wear your emotions on your sleeve or get angry at customers!
