3 72 West RV has a great service and customer service departments!
They promptly helped me get a Forrest River warranty issue resolved on my Forrest River Grey Wolf 26 DBH.
The staff at 72 West was awesome and took all correspondence over for me with the OEM, while other dealers will often keep you the middle-man to transfer information back and forth from the OEM and the dealer.causing delays and frustration for everyone. The service team also kept me up to date with status of the fix along the way which was awesome.
On a separate note - 72 West RV also has a good selection of different size / styles campers on their lot to choose from.
Can't say enough GREAT things about my experience here. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!
