We spent 400.00 on an alternator, and the next day, the vehicle wouldn't run right, my daughter kept calling and leaving messages, no call back. She went to Orileys, and they looked at it and said the belt was on wrong and quoted her 120.00 to fix it, and then gave her simple instructions on how to do it herself. So she went home and did it herself. It runs great now. It's just amazing to me that a mechanic did this.shouldn't he know what he is doing?

Update: Ben messaged and said he would make it right with any future needs she may have with the truck, I greatly appreciate that. He was very apologetic and humble.

Didn’t drive the car after putting a new alternator in. Stole my code reader that I bought myself. Go somewhere else!

I would watch out for this place. My son took a car in to get an alternator replaced, and when he picked up the car, it doesn't run right! Won't shift, keeps dying. And we're expected to believe the transmission has gone out just at the exact moment the other work was done? ! I'm so upset they took advantage of my son, who is trying to learn about cars.

This guy saved our butts on 4th of July weekend. He was one of only 2 people who even answered the phone when we were broken down on the side of the highway. We were thinking we would be stuck in the area for days. He was standing outside when the tow truck pulled in waiting on us. He had stayed after closing just to help us out. He replaced 2 parts and put a new belt on before we could finish eating tacos nearby. In his original quote he expected to have to do more and we had signed off on that price. It turned out to be less money. He could have stuck with the original price and we wouldn’t have known any different. He is professional, quick, available, compassionate, and most importantly…honest. We got to have our Branson trip. It could have gone so much differently. Very impressed with this business and its owner.
