9Round Kearney Mo- Old Church Plaza

I love everything about 9Round! I'm in and out in 30 minutes. It's a full body workout that's different everyday. I love that the workout is planned out for me daily and I don't have to come up with a routine myself. The trainers are always super nice and helpful and the gym is always clean and ready to go!

Please do not get involved with this 9 Round location. The owner, Heather Billings, is very unprofessional and will not work with you on any type of arrangements in any way. She is also extremely difficult to get in touch with and very inconceivable. I also did not enjoy my experience working out there as most of the exercises could be performed in my home and it felt unnecessary and extremely overpriced.

After speaking to many of the 9round clients of this location as well as other owners of 9round’s in the area, it has come to my attention that this specific location and Heather Billings specifically has had difficulty in communicating with her clients and myself about the auto renewal policy. In the contract if you read it closely, you will see that it says memberships MAY be subject to auto renewal. In Heather’s mind this means you will be automatically renewed unless you give written notice 30 days in advance otherwise. I did give written notice and my account was still “automatically” renewed. Even though I had not set foot in the gym the last 10 months of my year contract and Heather knew verbally and through messages that I did not want to be affiliated or have any use of her gym. I had also tried to cancel the membership two months into it since I did not care for the facility but Heather refused.

The owner, Heather Billings, then sent the amount owed after the auto renewal occurred to collections! She has since then refused to communicate with me to resolve this issue. I have reached out to corporate and they say that I need to come to a resolution with Heather who refuses to have correspondence. It is a matter of principle at this point.

To Mrs. Billings:
It is important for you to think about that you are not just representing your own private business but the 9round franchise name as a whole. When you participate in poor business practices it affects other private owners due to the fact that you share the same name. Please do the right thing, Heather, and correct your unethical behavior.

Absolutely love this gym! So much that I got a job there! The trainers and members are the best, so nice and friendly. And it’s only 30 minutes, in and out with a great workout.

Love the owners of this gym. They’re SO friendly and care about all their members. This is also the absolute best workout you’ll ever find. I’ve been working out consistently for 7 years and I’ve never found anything that delivers results better/quicker than 9 round.

The trainers here are the absolute best! They really care that you're comfortable but also pushing yourself and most importantly, learning. The owners are the most genuine people you'll ever meet. This is my favorite workout for when I am home from college! Absolutely 10/10! Hours are very flexible and manageable. As for the workout, it is totally killer and I'm sore maybe every other time I go. Such a good diverse workout and be ready for every muscle group to be tested!

When I started 9Rounds 4 years ago, I wasn't sure what to expect. When they say it's a killer workout, that is true. The trainers will give you a killer workout if you put in a killer effort. I became a trainer 2 years ago and I love helping provide that killer workout as well as I continue to do my 4 workouts a week myself. On more big thing, everyone at 9Round Kearney is like a big family. Come try 9Rounds out, you won't be disappointed.

Great workout! Equipment is in good condition. Trainers are always helpful and energetic.
