They completed the inspection for my car, so I can get the vehicle license renewed. They also did an evaluation of a slight vibration that I could feel in the steering wheel when I was driving They found that the engine mounts were the problem and they replaced them and that fixed that issue. Their customer service is excellent! My husband is very ill and cannot drive. A-1 provided a ride for me to get back and forth from their service garage to my home. The vehicle servicing is very good and as I mentioned, their customer care is very good too!

The last two time you tried to up sale me when there was nothing wrong with my truck. Your exhaust work is good that's the only thing I go for.

I’ll never trust another auto repair place with any of my vehicles. I had a cooling problem with my engine that I took to the dealership and then another dealership. Both, supposedly reputable dealerships, had the vehicle for weeks and could repair. I took it to A-1. They found the problem in 1 day and had it fixed.

The staff was friendly and professional. I'm happy with the quality and the speed of work they did. We will definitely return in the future.

Used to have my older vehicles serviced at Best Discount on S. Campbell. The phone forwarded to A1 Custom. Kevin answered. I remembered him from Best Discount. Nice engaging man! Great experience at A1! The service man found a vacuum line hanging loose from the 4 wheel drive and reattached it for me. I plan to go to them for repairs and maintenance on our vehicles in the future. Felt like a very honest, straight forward experience.
