I would never ever use these people. They are rude very unprofessional.they should not be in business at all. The employees are rude the manager is even more rude.literally the worst tow truck company I have ever dealt with.

Per their response.trust me they were not that nice at all. The female that answered the phone was VERY RUDE and SNAPPY per the initial contact and the MANAGER as he said, did not diffuse the situation he was just as RUDE as her and was very belligerent. I would not have made the review otherwise.

Called 8-10 times.please.no one there is even that nice. First they told me he was at my house and he was not knocking on the door because they DONT knock on doors. When there was absolutely never a tow truck there. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK PEOPLE.but I would stay clear and I have informed my insurance company to never call them on my behalf. I would wait.

2023: Used A-Always for a 2nd time and was pleased with the service and price. Stephen was very professional and the garage where he dropped my vehicle commented on that.
2018: Austin did a great job getting my beached vehicle to the garage. Prices as expected.

My car broke down in Kirkwood and Daryle arrived within 7 minutes. I have never received such prompt, professional, kind service like this. Daryle was also very gentle with my vehicle. Best tow service ever.

This is the best towing company I have ever used I know some tasks can't be completed due to rusty lug nuts, technical problems, or inexperience but they always find a way to solve the problem and get the job done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Called them because the main location was no more than 5 miles from where my brother was located with a flat tire near the city zoo. Three lugnuts off later and $98 driver can’t takeoff the remaining two and can’t finish the job, but they will still charge you the initial fee for a tire change. They didn’t leave any room to take off the original dollar amount for not being able to finish the job on the location.

So thankful for the fast, friendly, and caring service. The driver went above and beyond to make sure I was safe when I broke down passing through the area. Excellent company to work with.

A driver for this company was almost running people off the road in South St. Louis with his red and blues on and no accident or cars needing towed in sight. He was going at least 60 in a 40 and riding inches from the back of cars, including myself, forcing cars to swerve out of the way. Dangerous and unprofessional.

Can't speak to their towing but they drive like maniacs. A flat bed with a car on top of it swerved back and forth through traffic. Good thing the people around them know how to drive.

The intake/dispatch person was professional on the phone. The tow truck arrived in 15 minutes. The tow truck driver was nice and professional.

AMAZING, definitely recommend this company! Our son’s car was broken into while visiting St Louis, leaving it undrivable. We needed to get him back to Kansas City, on a Sunday no less, and A-Always Towing answered the call and was absolutely wonderful. 4 hours later our son and his car were back safely in KC. I required help in getting my vehicle to the shop.
I reached out to my insurance carrier Geico for a tow. Their first company “The Towing Company” gave an estimated arrival time of four hours. Mind you, this was at 8: 30pm. I walked home at about 2am!
So this morning, Geico sent A-Always Towing with an ETA of 90-minutes. Darrell called within that timeframe, and everything went smoothly! He even went above and beyond and gave me a lift home!
I highly recommend them!

We got stranded during bad weather after dodging a fallen tree and getting two flat tires on the driver's side. We called A Always Towing less than an hour before they closed and they didn't turn us away. They were to us within 15 minutes and Mike was the most helpful! He was kind, quick, and didn't act bothered to help us even with the rain. Price was good, very professional- one of the best experiences I've ever has with a tow company. We will absolutely use them if we ever need a tow again!

Sounds cliché but they were fast, friendly and cheaper than at least 10 other tow companies that I called. Steve was the driver and was very kind.
