I emailed Derek on a Sunday afternoon to schedule for an inspection as soon as possible and he was quick to return my call. His pricing seems very reasonable including termite, gas/HVAC, radon gas and general home inspection. He had his subcontractors out for termite and gas/HVAC inspections and they were all very thorough. He spent about 3.5 hours at the house and provided me with a very detailed report the same night after inspection. Overall, I will recommend him to others.

Truly outstanding customer service! I can't recommend A-Pro highly enough! Derek has gone above and beyond what a home inspector normally does. I bought a house here in Missouri while living in Pennsylvania, and given Covid, I wasn't able to travel to Missouri to be present for the inspection.
