Great store and one of the very few beauty supply stores that don't make you feel like your a thief

Purchased a wig there. The lady really didn’t know anything about the wigs they sold. I told her I wanted the wig I picked out. I was really hesitant because she really didn’t know. And I knew there were two of the same wigs but different length. I wanted the longer length. I got home tried the wig on and cut the lace. I was so in a rush and put it on. Didn’t realize it was the wrong one until I was already in the car. And it does not look the same as the wig on the stand. Pretty annoyed by that. Contacted them, she told me no refunds I think it does not matter if I cut the lace or not… the lady should have been paying more attention and asked for help if she didn’t know. Was hard to communicate because she kept cutting me off while I was talking and then I know she looked at the camera and seen I had came in and what wig I picked out. She had the worse attitude about it. SMH…will never come here again. We need to stop supporting these people. They are rude and only want our money. Wig is trash

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO NO ONE! The employees here are so rude, if needing help they would direct you from behind the counter instead of coming down from the counter to give the help that you need.two thumbs down for me the owner needs to teach his employees some customer service skills cause they failed the class.

Do not spend your hard earned money with racist who treat their black customers like criminals. I went in the store with my 73 year old mother in law to purchase some hair supplies. The lady behind the counter with the short blonde hair stared at us the whole time and yelled at us like we were children. I am a practicing attorney and have the means to buy anything I want and sure has hell will not tolerate being talked to like a child! She can go to hell. I sure won’t be back. I’d rather spend my money at a black owned store where they treat the customers with respect. I refuse to spent my hard earned money with people that come into our community to earn a living but look down their nose at us and treat us like dogs.

Overcrowded, they need to get the fire department to ensure the safety of the patrons. The isles are crowded!
