A Storage Inn, St Charles MO

This was the second time I came by to check out A Storage Inn, and Melissa was super nice both times. I was still in the system from before so renting a space was quick and easy, and the unit was the right size that I needed. Thank you Melissa!

She was perfection. Friendly, informative, answered all our questions. I have done customer service for 35 yrs. She got an A+ from me.

I had an awesome time talking with Melissa and arranging another storage unit! She's incredibly knowledgeable and very pleasant. I really do like 'A Storage Inn' on Hwy 94, and highly recommend it.

Doug wasn't there there was a young lady that was there and she was extremely helpful got me in-and-out of there very quickly and was very pleasant

Went above and beyond helping me to upgrade to a larger unit. Very nice and friendly people.

The lady that helped us move into the unit today she was very kind I really enjoyed working with her she seemed to know what she was doing and made sure that we knew everything that we were supposed to know and even answered questions that I had about water and whatnot coming down into the unit just wasn't all around great experience with her

I gotta say this place rocks, excellent customer service, friendlyness, clean, secure, Doug was a great help, he goes up n beyond to make sure he covers every aspect of contract, offer available options and explain in great detail, i couldn't ask for better service.thanks storage in St. Charles.

Outstanding customer service by Doug Bufalo to ensure I had all of the necessary gate codes, maps, etc. Great location with easy access to main highways. Clean and secure facility.

Not to good. On security
A friend had her she's broke in to doing day Light. Her she's is right in front of the office.that code gate don't keep people out of there. They crawl under it and push the button to drive in.real secure.watch your shed

I love this place they have the nicest property manager they're very accommodating the places clean they do great business
