Luv this place great price ranges of course code activated gates late night access. Been there about seven months they are located all over st louis.

They run a pretty tight ship. However after a week or so there. It felt as though we were not welcome, due to visitors, accomodations etc

I love this place best price for the storage unit service is great and the maintenance people front desk management are great help always on point great communication thanks guys for all the help.

Bad bad bad service bad people bad employees disrespectful ignorant trying to get your stuff from underneath you I would never ever ever go back to her I wouldn't recommend that place to no one did bad all the way around 0 rating what I would give them

Very deceptive buissness practices, I came in to the store to inquire about a storage unit, and was quoted for two units. The next day I called and found that one unit was already rented. To which the employee quoted me for another unit and reserved it for me. Upon arrival the next day to finalize the rental, I was informed that user management gas increased the monthly cost of the unit by $20.00 per month. A quote and reservation is to locking the price, to quote me one price and the increase it once I get in the door is called bait and switch which is deceptive and in some cases illegal.

Nice storage place, clean you have 24-hour access to your unit. I do overnight service calls and I keep all my tools here and I have access to them when I need them very nice place. Very nice employees

Everything you need on first visit. Guy at desk was knowledgeable and kind. Would use this place again

Very friendly staff. Nice facility, after my things being in storage 6 years I only had water damage to one box. Other than that just stuff that you should expect, spiders, webs and dust.

Extremely rude customer service. The old guy on the golf cart came to us getting loud making a scene and also cussed us out twice on two different occasions now while we were stopped in at our storage unit. I put two stars bc the units are super clean bug free, and has a light inside.

The most understandable, reasonable, caring two people that love one another and make a storage facility kinda feel like family when you rent one. 2 amazing people and an awesome maintenance man as well.

Everything goes smoothly with no problems. The people there are very nice and helpful, a pleasure to work with!

**********Terrible Update January 2020********************

Terrible. I have been a steady customer for several years, and for several years have been greatly pleased at the dry conditions of my storage unit. Last fall, I received a notice that my door was being replaced, and thought nothing of it. Then this January 2020 I visited again for the first time since the new door was installed, and I was horrified to discover that the new door is not waterproof. I opened the door, and there was water dripping down into the unit. Because of these new damp conditions, my things are water damaged.my books have pages that are now curling, and my boxes are now sagging.

The new door is *not* water tight, and I am rather upset about this. My things (much of it paper and books) are now in danger of additional water damage and (as things warm up) mold and mildew. Everything was fine before the door was replaced - it used to be dry and tidy and everything had been intact for years.

This is a serious issue.
