I highly regard this business, except for one thing, and that is the Toro super recycler lawnmower I purchased 4 years ago. I was wanting one of those in particular because of all the videos I watched about it. While it may mulch grass very well, I need to keep away from the mass of leaves my yard gets every year. So far, without fail, even though this year I raked the leaves out into smaller piles, the lawn mower has broken down again right on time to leave a big mess in my yard. 4 years in a row. I’m done with Toro.

Repairs are far, far too expensive. Don't let yourself fall into their hands. If you can't fix it yourself, I strongly recommend, you just buy a new mower.

When I called about parts for my lawnmower, the lady with whom I talked was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was very favorably impressed. She even offered to text me when my part arrived. Excellent service!

A review you can rely on, as I did not purchase anything but received what used to be fairly common business practice - CUSTOMER SERVICE. Have an 18 year old Cub Cadet and was in need of a starter/solenoid, spoke with John who stated that they did not have any “after market” parts. Not wanting to invest a lot into an 18 year old lawn tractor he was still more than willing to assist me with being sure I was able to find the correct part knowing I could not purchase it through their business. When my treasured old Cub Cadet is finally replaced, this is where my business is going.

First time here was today. A friendly man working in the service and repair area stopped what he was doing to help me get my tire back on my wheel. I felt bad because I thought he would use a machine, but he wrestled it back on in like 2 seconds with just a screwdriver. He was so kind and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Way to expensive on there lawnmowers and chainsaws but have plenty of parts for old lawnmowers and they know there business about what you need for parts if you ask them

I really like the owner and he has a lot of integrity. I had an older mower that needed fixed and he fixed it now it starts on the first pull and he was extremely reasonable. I know that based off this experience I’ll buy from him when the time comes.

Andy and John were extremely helpful. Planned to leave older Lawn Boy mower for yearly maintenance, but they did a once-over, changed a filter, speedy sharpen, and advised me that leaving it wasn't necessary. Could have charged me well over $200 and kept mower for 2 months. Instead they put in the time to do a quick look, and I got to take it home and only $50. Works perfectly.

Great place, and even better people! So helpful, and a hoot to chat with. You know a quality repair shop by the amount of mowers they have out back, A LOT. I repair our own equipment, but I wouldn't hesitate to let these folks do repair work in a pinch. The parts department is the best you'll find!
