I especially appreciated how careful they were with furniture that had to be moved in order to access my air ducts for cleaning. They were personable, professional and knowledgeable. While at my home, I learned they also do chimney inspections. Fortunately, they had a cancellation so had time to add in that service. Also very pleased with that service.

Aardvark did such an amazing job cleaning out our ducts and vents, and we can already tell a difference in the quality of our air. We couldn’t believe how much debris and lint that we had in our dryer vent, highly recommend getting that service done. The crew was timely, informative and very professional. Originally didn’t clean & put all vents back, but came back out same week. Cleaned all vents, put all vent covers back & offered a free power washing. Excellent communication, great service & highly appreciate them double checking with me and coming back out ASAP free of charge with extra free services.

These guys were great! They were right on time.
They took the time to explain things multiple times to me and even to my hubs on speaker phone, before, during and after the service. I don't know anything about air vents, and they were happy to answer all my questions. From the time of scheduling, I have been happy with this business! I was trying to use a Groupon from a different company, but couldn't speak to a live person. I got someone at Aardvark on the second ring, who answered questions and explained the services. Had them clean out my dryer vent, I’m the process of messing around with the dryer he move the drain hose to my washer. He didn’t check to make sure everything is good, now I have an inch of standing water in my laundry room! This is gonna cost me a lot of money. The water leaked down into my garage. I cannot believe these people!

I live in the sticks, so it was nice to find someone to be able to come out. But the price was right and they were able to make it out in less than a week. Javier was the tech that came out, he was very professional and timely. I would without a doubt recommend them for inspections and cleaning.

I’ve called several different companies since I moved into my house almost 4 years ago and have never ended up having someone come out to inspect the fireplace/chimney because of either lack of communication or super high pricing. Aardvark called me back almost immediately to confirm what I wanted done and cost. Javier called to let me know when he would be here. He did a great job communicating the work he was doing, and what needed to be repaired in order for us to safely use our fireplace and avoid future problems. I went into a work meeting after he left today and have already recommended the company to a coworker.

Apparantly, the previous occupants had no idea what an air filter is. I've never seen anything so filthy and not be related to sewage. I have used Aardvark Res. & Co. Services for another house years ago and loved their quality of service.
Today my mind is blown. These 2 guys really know their trade. This house was build in 1959 and was neglected for decades but when they were done cleaning the HVAC air ducts & vents, you'd think they were 2 years old and well cared for.

Technicians very professional & knowledgeable explained everything was on time cleaned up after they were done. When they gave us our estimates for repairs they explained in detail what it was. We will definitely use them again.
