TRUST ME! Drive to another store, even another Aaron's. I've had good experience at other locations but the people at this store are just the most unpleasant people I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with.

The people that work here are great they are very helpful and they have a good sense of humor and that makes shopping here a really good experience

I have gotten things from them in the past. Really no problems ánd when I did it ŵas resolved immediately with District manager. Now days they are very unprofessional, very disappointed with the service I am receiving. The threats are unbelievable. They don't want your business. They have went down. You tell them a date they get made and tell you because you aren't on auto pay they will pick your items up. I get paid a certain day of the month there excuse is I can't pay on that date. I have to pay on the 1st. The mattress is way over priced. Aarons has really disappointed me this time around. Customer service is rude. Store needs to be revamped

Asesome store if you are planning on renting any furniture or TV Washer or Dryer thus store well Dave you a lot of money on quality items staff is very friendly and helpful

This store in O'Fallon USED to have a great HONEST, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL GM and Staff last year until early this year, when I paid off my old lease! But recently, I was going to do a new lease on a purchase I needed. During this ordeal that's when I realized they changed to a new GM and Crew since then. NEVER will I do business with these DECEPTIVE LIARS, INCOMPETENT, SNEAKY CROOKS AGAIN! Canceled my lease immediately and called Corporate then to Regional.
And to "Aaron's Owner", don't be replying back saying you're sorry because from these complaints you should have done something about these situations people are having from this store!

Went in recently and was informed that the sales manager Tiffany was no longer there! I told them I would only work with her! Needless to say the managers were not happy with my comment and gave me a twisted face look! I’m not sure why the turnover rate is so high but Tiffany was the best sales
Manager that location has ever had. Looks like I will now be forced to go to rac! Aaron’s do better!

While I like the selection, I found it cheaper to go to their website. First impressions mean a lot, friendly staff but could have pointed out that it would be cheaper on their website. I only looked after leaving to see what all they offered.

Incompetent, deceptive and unprofessional! If I had the option I would give this company no stars. They came to my house unannounced to take the bed and tools back. So after I came home from a long days work. I made a call, they said I incurred late fees. Turns out that the reason I did not receive a phone call to avoid said late fees is because they did not enter my number in their system properly. That is not my fault and when I made a bridge payment the person I was on the phone with said they would work on waiving the late fees as it was due to their incompetence. However today my domestic partner called them regarding our account and the manager Sharanda (?) Johnson was less than understanding and belittled my domestic partner. No fees were waived at all even though the fees were their fault. Kept giving us the runaround and treating us like we were “white trash” people that don’t pay their bills. Threatening to call police on us for “stealing leased property” when we requested her supervisor she refused to give us the information and refused to give us corporate’s number either. Look elsewhere folks. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. Do better Aaron’s! Get it together!

I got sevral items from here was going good until i got a washer and dryer the washer went out they didn't want to fix it instead got a new one which raised my payment and exteded it to 18 months and then keept changing delivery time not very happy with them may not do anymore business with them well they never showed up I'm done with this place will not recommend them to anyone

Gave me a dryer that almost caught fire and would of burned my house down (2nd one that had electrical issues) and they refuse to do anything about it stating its customer damage. Promise you the moon amd stars when you buy stuff but will never back up their warranties. Do not go here save yourself the time, headache and in my case maybe a house.

I've been very happy with my Aaron's experience so far! Savanah was extremely helpful over the phone during my purchase and the two men that just delivered it very very nice and helpful as well:)

Has hard working GM at this store named Savanna. Very helpful and friendly. Beautiful lady. Staff works hard and give friendly service too.

I went to do self pick up with my father after driving over two hours away and asked if a temporary paper ID would work when I called earlier in the week and was informed it would as long as I had my lease agreement. When I arrived at the store that’s not what happened, they refused to allow me to pick up the items or have them delivered or make anything right for the wrong information I was given by there employee. So now after informing them of the inconvenience that this caused and now how my food is going to spoil they didn’t care nor show any compassion to make it right. I will never recommend or do business with them. I will go to Lowes. I am disappointed in the O’Fallons Arron’s and would never recommend anyone go to them for anything.

The General manager at hwy k store is very rude/unprofessional and told me I'd have to wait over a week to receive items I already paid on. Save your time don't shop here!

The ezpay system is the worst payments should always come out on the 15th comes out either day before or on the actual date, when you call everyone blames the manager for everything I'll be happy when my stuff is paid off nothing but problems with this store like 2 months into my leases

For their products they charge way too much they took away my computer because I owed a whole 10 dollars on it that I was to pay don’t recommend Aaron’s.

I used to like this location, Over the years I have purchased multiple TV's, tv stand, Washer/dryer's, a leather sectional living room set, a ride on mower and many other things. I have given this company a lot of my business. Recently with this most recent lease I have been treated like a second class citizen! When I first walked into the store and waited 15 minutes for an employee to walk out of the office he was rude. He said that isn't allowed in my store. I asked what he was talking about and he said my fire arm. I apologized and said I would leave, I didn't not see any labels on the store saying no firearms. That employee the accounts manager stopped me from walking out and said it isn't because of a stores policy it is just my personal belief. I was more then willing to walk away and go to another store but he said he didn't want to loose the sale it was fine. I went ahead filled out my probably 20th lease with Aarons. My first payment was supposed to be free but he had me pay it up front in the store. I just sucked it up and got over it. Then he told me Aarons would take one payment off my lease price. Ya that didn't happen. Now here we are two month into the lease my due date was the 18th and I got a call from Aarons 1st thing in the morning demanding payment I told the accounts managers I would call back later that day and pay. A few hours later he calls me again.this time he was extremely rude as I had asked if I could push the my payment out a week. He told me I was already take. I was not my agreement says the 18th that was my due date I choose to pay early that is on me. I told him what day I could make the payment and the representative told me we will come get the stuff right now then! What horrible customer service. I got the money that same day. I went to pay that day but my complaint with the regional manager was received and I was dealing with them and the store manager. Sunday I called to issue a payment and no body ever answered. I called this Monday morning to issue the payment the store manager answered and she was JUST as rude and disrespectful as the accounts manager. She demanded I put a card down on file for Aarons to charge at their convince. This is NOT okay, I manage my accounts I do not trust this store or the company at all now.the employee's follow their own beliefs, they do what they want and do not care about Aarons policies, They lie, and they manipulate. If you do not make your payment by 10am on the due date they will call you. They will treat you less then human and you will be treated as a second class citizen! Go down the road the RAC or Ashley they both do lease to own! Buyers Beware!

They always trying to setup ezpay even after telling them that you decline that option they snuck it back on there without our approval so the can offset the account to get more money out of you and also saying in the near future the only option is ezpay to pay new accounts and current accounts who ever heard of one way of paying bills they must think we were born yesterday I keep on telling them I like to pay online and that's when you hear a mountain of excuses and we are excellent customers they say that but still treat us like they had to chase us for payment.
