Aaron's, Joplin MO

Went for a interview. Clean place fairly freindly staff. HOWEVER I interviewed with non manager, because hiring manager "had to go do collections". Why schedule an interview then run out the door 20 min before? I drove 45 min 1 way to be told id have to interview again when manager "gets time". Told my resume was to good to be true! Wouldnt rent or work here. Too many lies in a 10 min conversation.

The people that work here are super swy. I never have any issues here. And prices are affordable. My grandson is happy with his PC. Thank you Aaron's!

I'm a disabled veteran and they couldn't even help me move my old fridge out to put new fridge in, that came already dented and scratched BTW whoever wrote that policy needs to be demoted. There already here and can't help move an old appliance.

Disappointed with the in person interaction. I expressed I was not happy with the furniture and the manager disregarded this and wasn't very friendly or helpful.

I've been a Aaron's customer for over a year and I have no complaints. I haven't had any issues with the furniture that I purchased and the staff is awesome!

We got a fridge washer and dryer we payed off and they offered insurance for 10 dls a month just in case something happened well the washer broke and we called for service but acording to them the insurance was over 3 days before they were supposed to pick it up to fix it.well they kept getting the payment out of my account.never buying anything from them.
