Set up an appointment to have a technician come out and give me a bid to get my septic system redone. Took off work to get home in time because my appointment was scheduled for April 6,2023 at 3: 30. Was told they would give me a call 30 minutes before they were going to show up. Got a call 40 minutes after with excuses on why they couldn’t show up then asked if I could reach for Monday. I work 12 hour days. I missed out on 4 hours of over time and 1 hour of straight time. Beyond furious. Basically told me sorry about my luck. Totally unprofessional

Unlike the first plumber we hired they showed up and on time. Friendly and knowledgeable. We were told that it would take 3-5 hours by the first plumber that didn’t show up, to replace the Pressure regulator valve and a new shut off valve. They had it done in 30 min and at a cheaper rate. Even our dog loved them and she doesn’t like anyone

About Plumbjng worked hard to take care of us. We had our sump pump replaced which is outdoor and had to have a new concrete top made and electrical updated on it. They also came back a week later to fix the yard, tilled the land and put grass seed and straw down.
We had them complete a very detailed bid so nothing was missed. They also cleaned out our drain pipes that go the sump pump.

These guys are awesome. Saved me money instead of charging more. Fast and friendly. Would definitely use again.

Technician came out and didn’t fix the leaking TNP valve that he was called out to replace.
Ended up replacing the pressure regulator without authorization. Owner is extremely unprofessional and wouldn’t listen to complaints and claimed that the technician had an audio recording of a phone call made on his work phone when the phone call was made on my wife’s phone. Will never use or recommend this company to anyone else. I would recommend that anyone who has scheduled appointments be very cautious of what the technician does while at your house.

I had been so sore from working out, all I wanted was a nice hot bath. To my disappointment, the hot water was not working.it was late at night, and I looked up a plumber close by and found About Plumbing, I messaged them on their website pleading for help. The next morning, I had texts, phone calls, emails, asking me what day they can come by. I asked for Saturday but they don't do weekends but luckily they had someone already working close by and was able to stop by my place after they were done. The gentleman immediately knew what was up and fixed it for a very reasonable price in my opinion. Now I am a happy person, with a nice hot bath. Thank you! I highly recommend this company to anyone!

They came the next business day. The young lady on the phone was very nice and professional. They were great. They got in, fixed the problem, and got out.

I’ve called on About Plumbing with several plumbing concerns this year. Greg is very courteous and professional helping me diagnose the problems over the phone and setting up an appointment. T. J and Don were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. I will be calling About Plumbing again for any plumbing needs.

First time I had them out to fix water level he asked if I minded if the young guy did the work I said no as long as he knows what he’s doing so they left and the water level thing never got fixed then when I went to pay it was $10 more than I was told over the phone he said oh ok and agreed to the amount over the phone the next time he came out he fixed the stem on the handles of the showers and I asked him to fix the water level on the toilet again he said he would have to go home and study how to do it so I called the office and told them and the guy said he would send them back out but when he called before he was coming he said I hope I know how to do it so I was nervous about him working on my toilet will never have this company back at my house again

Second time not making an appointment first time fixing a leak in the kitchen. This time was to give an estimate on a basement bathroom. Stayed home all day waiting on them, called at 6 and he pass the blame on his workers. He owns the business and it is his responsibility not his employees to do estimate. Son had work done by About and it was quality work, just need to be concern about customer service.

When No Other Plumber could figure out the problem about Plumbing got me lined out thank-you about Plumbing.

We are so happy with Cody & T. J.from About Plumbing. They found the problem to our pipes leaking right away. Instead of walls having to be removed like we thought.it was a quick fix under our kitchen sink. They were courteous, informative & really knew their job well. The gentleman criticized my plumbing system and referred me to a well company. It turned out my water filter was dirty. I had to wait nearly a week for a well pump company to fix my plumbing problem

Donny came out today and fixed our toilet. So nice and he was able to fix the problem quickly. I called earlier in the morning and he came the same day! Would definitely recommend them and will use this company again if I have another problem!

Excellent work and professional - When the initial problem wasn't the primary issue, they determined the correct problem without much additional cost.

Warning: quite expensive! About Plumbing repaired the yard stack to our septic tank - the service took 2.5 hours and we were charged $3,000. We paid $167 the day before for the service call (they couldn’t clear the drain), but we were told the $167 would be applied to the total if we had them do the work. Well, we had them do the repair, but they didn’t apply the $167 service call payment to the total, so we are out $3,167! There are coupons on their website that were not applied to our service either.why offer coupons if they can’t be used?

I highly recommend About Plumbing Inc! He came by the same day. Very knowledgeable and explained things to me so I can understand the issue. Excellent care and service. Problem resolved quickly. Will call again if I ever need a plumber.
