Above All Trampoline Park reviews
19The park was clean. The description of toddler time on the website it misleading. It cost us $26 for toddler + parent + 2 pairs of socks when it advertises as 6.99 and their parent + 2.50 per sock. Disappointed in the description and lack of clarification from front desk clerks when asked.
While this was not our first trampoline park, this was our first time here. We came for toddler time on a Friday (10am-12pm). We got there around 10: 30. We weren’t told how long our time was for so I assumed it was for the rest of the toddler time. But our purchase was only for 1 hour. Which is fine but kind of a pain to have to go purchase another hour later. But over all not a big deal. The issue we had was that they only sell time in 1hour increments so when I wanted to purchase extra time at 11: 30 to get us through the rest of toddler time there wasn’t really an option.
The other issue we had was that they only allow their branded jump socks. This was not explained adequately to me so we were originally using other branded socks. We were told we could trade them in for different ones. Annoying but okay. Here’s where I got annoyed: apparently the lady at the front found my question “do we get our original ones back at the end? ” to be funny. Her laughing at my question was very rude and unprofessional. This company is not our local company we normally visit so I didn’t really want to have to buy new socks again when we visit our local place (if by chance they had the same rule and I’m just unaware which is possible). I ended up just buying the socks because I was so annoyed by her response. So we now have socks to two parks.
Overall the kids had fun and we will probably return in the future. And I’ll make sure to bring the correct socks
My kids always have a blast here! There's so much to do and for my kids, 6 & 13, an hour is plenty most of the time! With my younger daughter, I do have to watch out for her a little more during Neon Nights (Fri/Sat) or when it's really busy because some of the older kiddos don't pay attention & knock her down. Nature of the environment, I'm just being a mama bear. There are actually toddler up to 6yr old play times on certain days too though!
Great place for kids' birthday parties. It's a little pricey for a drop-in visit, but then again, everything is pricey these days. The parties are very organized and the facilities are clean. Have been here multiple times and will be back again.
Took the grandkids here they had a very good time. Helps wear them out when it's cold and rainy outside oh and muddy!
A really cool indoor trampoline park. Your kids will definitely wear themselves out. However be patient with the staff. They're cranky AF.
It is fun and entertaining for the kids but it could be better with more options to alternate for the kids
Mostly ran by teenagers but they were all very helpful and respectful. Make sure to fill out the waiver BEFORE your visit so you can get right into jumping & playing.
So much fun! We took a group ranging in ages 2yrs-13yrs, they all loved it! And so did we!
I celebrated my sons 8th birthday there today.
It was the smoothest party I’ve been to, and I was the one hosting!
Everyone was polite, the facility was was clean, and not chaotic at all!
Thanks for a great time!
I did think highly of this place until they started to nickel and dime everything. My wife attended toddler time with the kids. Nine months they gave the parent a wrist band when you paid for the toddler to jump.
This is not the case now. You have to pay for the parent even when they are not jumping but going out to help their child.
They also informed my wife that she needed to purchase their special jumping socks for our 9 month child who can not walk yet alone stand on the trampoline. Not only purchase socks for a crawling baby but also that she needed to pay for a wrist band for him so he could crawl on the trampoline. That’s my biggest issue who makes you pay for a wrist band and socks to jump for a baby that can not walk.
I was here for a birthday party and I couldn’t help but notice Hannah W. She wasn’t even helping us, but she is a phenomenal employee. She was doing such a good job and working really hard. Hannah W definitely deserves a raise!
Had a blast! Signed for the 90 minute block and jumped our askes off. I haven’t been on a trampoline for more then 25 years and I was laughing and giggling like I was 10 again and what a workout! The kiddo had just as much fun. We will absolutely come back! Also my feet hurt.
Surprisingly not that busy on a Saturday afternoon. My 12 year old had a great time. Clean, comfy seating for the parents and affordable drinks/snacks.
I had my daughter's birthday party here and it was a great experience. They even did well with our complicated theme dreamtopia barbie unicorn.
Great establishment for the kids and adults also watch out for the deals they have, on Tuesday when we went it was $10 for 1hr.
Was given an extra 15 mins because we were 15 mins late. So understand and kind towards all customers, which is so refreshing after a long day with kiddos.
We had my son's 6th birthday party here last weekend. Everything went smoothly and the staff just made everything carefree. From the easy sign-up online to when they contacted me for final details to the actual day of the party everything was great. They even will get the Eileen's cookie cake for you! (We LOVE Eileen's by the way!) We had no problems at all and the staff were very helpful. The kids all had a great time! Thank you!
We rented a party table which was pretty much pointless as the party host was barely around and I had to do most of the running. You can't hear yourself talk because of the music and screaming kids so it was hard to give instructions.
I wouldn't recommend paying for a party table. Parties are waaaaay more enjoyable in the party rooms so pay a little extra.
