My account specifically says do not allow overdraft however i ordered a part on autozone and I had the sufficient funds in my account I ordered the part and then there was an automatic renewal that tried to happen it was declined then I look at my account and I’m negative 12 dollars even though the automatic renewal closed I returned the part within 2 days of the overdraft happening and there was no over draft fee then I got my money put back onto my debit card only to find out they now just TODAY are trying to charge me an overdraft fee even though I do not have overdraft as an option and SAID OVERDRAFT WASNT even overdrafted considering the return money came yesterday the automatic renewal was denied and went through yesterday day after the money was in the account this is a legitimate problem and I will be closing my account this is legitimate robbery and they took the last bit of money I had
No 24/7 customer service, monthly service fee that isn't waived, not insured against fraudulent charges. Account kept getting hacked into but was advised to change username and password but continued to happened and the tellers advised there was nothing the company could do in the event money was stolen so I just closed out my account. Please go elsewhere.
This bank has done nothing but give me the run around on an insurance check. Terrible customer service. The manager at the Warrensburg Missouri branch lied to me about the info I needed to cash the check. It has been almost 2 months and this bank is still being absolutely reasonable. I have done everything they wanted and they just keep adding to it. Ridiculous. If I could give no stars I would.
Wouldn't be so bad if you weren't standing in line forever! They take absolutely forever for everything, slowest bank ever, and we have an account here!
Worst bank ever, don’t even waste y’all time. If your account gets hacked they will charge you and not give you your money back. DO NOT WASTE YALL TIME
This bank authorities outside companies when you tell them don't do it and then take all your money for the mistakes they made and give you a second chance bank just so they can take the rest of your money, I'll never refer people to this bank and I'll never bank with this bank ever again my mother even stressed over this bank and she had cancer and the stress from this bank helped her to her grave, worst bank I've ever been with
My first bank they said they would help me with credit and instead they over drew my account for inactivity. There goes my savings.
I walked in at 659 pm 1 minute before they close the manager was great helped with several accounts and answered all my questions and had some helpful advice on one of my accounts. The time she spent to help me and resolve my issues was amazing. She didn't have to do that and was very happy to do it. She's great!
