We love Dr. Burton and his team. The dental hygienists are so friendly and always put the kids minds’ at ease. Friendly front desk staff, and very responsive. I emailed late at night and they called me back first thing in the morning.

I go to Dr. Burton for my sleep appliance. He is very professional balanced with being friendly & easy to talk with. I appreciate his knowledge. His staff are wonderful. Again, professional and friendly. For those who need sleep medicine, my recent sleep study results are my apnea has been reduced from 82 to 4.6! Thank you Dr. Burton & staff.

I was so nervous to go to the dentist after neglecting a visit for quite some time. Accent Dental put me at ease from the moment I walked in. The receptionist greeted me warmly (by name) and checked me in within seconds. I was seen quickly, my teeth were cleaned by an incredibly gentle and kind hygienist, and I had great rapport with a DDS that I was seeing for the first time. She listened to my concerns and, although I needed some more intensive work, I knew I was in good hands with the Accent Dental team. I will also say that, after working many years in employee benefits and insurance, the cost of my visit (s) were reasonable and they only did procedures that were absolutely necessary. They provide quality, patient-focused care and at a price you can afford. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Been coming here for years, ever since my teeth were in dire need of help. They have always been accommodating, speedy, and efficient, which I enormously appreciate. Dr. Burton is very friendly and easy to chat with. My main dental hygienist, Heidi, is always very thorough, great for conversation, and very trustworthy. I have appreciated her service for years. Thank you to this dentist service, I'm going to miss coming here.

Received a passive aggressive text prior to my initial appointment that I had made less than two weeks previous asking, “you will be here correct? ” I have dental insurance that pays 100% for two cleanings per year and since I wouldn’t be bullied into putting a credit card on file, they informed me that I would need to pay for everything up front until the insurance paid the bill. So they don’t trust you to keep appointments and cast dispersions on your integrity prior to even setting foot in the office and ask you to pay a bill before the insurance claim is even filed. Bad juju all around, not how you develop a customer base!

Dr. Burton is nice and did a great job of explaining what he saw during my exam. Unfortunately, I dealt with other staff that seem unorganized and lacked good communication. When I called to schedule my appointment at the recommended interval I was told the earliest available was four months later. When I did have my appointment the staff gave me a hard time about not keeping up with appointments and needing to come in sooner. The actual exam and cleaning went as expected. At the end of my appointment I was told my balance owed and paid that amount. Over a month later the office contacted me and said I now owe several hundred dollars more than what they initially told me. Avoid this place if you want accurate billing information and don't want a surprise bill after the fact.
