1I am very displeased with the staff at this facility. The Nurse Practioner. Angie, repeatedly forgot about the referrals for my children, and one of my children had a heart problem. I called the office for weeks in regards to my children, and got the run around every time. Finally, I had had enough, so I went back to the Joplin office. From there I was able to speak to the Office Supervisor, but it didn't help much. Angie then started changing her story regarding one of my children, and the icing on the cake was when I asked why Angie was backing out of the referral so suddenly, her nurse, Susan, said it was my fault. I have never been treated more disrespectfully at a doctors office than I was there. If you have a choice, I really urge you to take your child (ren) somewhere else.
