After a terrible, awful experience with Cintas, our experience with Ace has been 100% positive. They are a local company with managers and drivers who are actively engaged, (not reactive) receptive and thoughtful. We've extended our contract a few times and everytime I feel like I'm making the right decision and they're not trying to squeeze every single dime out of my employees and I. I really can't say enough good things about Brian, Blake, Jim and the crew. The fact that they are local makes the relationship even more important as my business is a local, family run business as well. Thank you, Ace!

Blake and his crew are amazing to work with. Actually just now one of my guys didn't show up in time to drop off his uniforms due to holiday. I called and within 5 minutes our route manager arranged to pick up the clothes so technician would have uniforms next week. AMAZING.

Ace ImageWear offers average to below average service to their customers. Charges an above average price for their services. Doesn't offer anywhere close to the complete packages of their competition. Then on top of all of this, they use shady "Service Agreement Extensions" with a 60 month terms to entrap their customers into long term contracts. Pay very close attention and read every line of their contracts before signing!

Only good thing I have experienced with Ace ImageWear is that they employ very hard working delivery drivers.

This company is a joke my husband is a mechanic and this company is supposed to wash the clothes perfectly and this personal is washing the clothes only with water uniforms came back home dirty and it looks like they only taken out from dirty and put in in the hangers I been washing the uniforms once he picked up from this company
