Do you need wildlife removed? Aces will schedule a prompt appointment and then cancel it, then cancel the reschedule, while coming up with zero solutions claiming their hands are completely tied. After a month you will still have your pest problem, unless you're smart enough to just call someone else to begin with.

Edit: If it is your policy to refer you to one of your competitors, why did neither of your cancellations include even a mention of an alternative? Is this maybe a new policy that you enacted recently (as in, in direct response to this review) ?

In the spring of last year I was referred to Aces Wildlife Removal by a local real estate agent who highly recommended them.

Scott was able to make it to my home and identified that I had both squirrel problems as well as a family of raccoons inside my cedar chimney surround. Scott used natural products to repel the raccoon mother and babies from my home. The squirrel issues were resolved as well. I highly recommend Aces Wildlife Removal and keep their contact info handy for future needs.

Thanks so much to Timothy who came on the Saturday after Christmas and really went above and beyond to help us. This company truly was there for us on a holiday weekend, unlike most who advertise they are, but really are not. I would use this company again if I have a problem.

The company was paid in advance to get the work done on my home and then took over three months to complete. Had to ask multiple times when someone was going to show up at my house or when something was going to get completed. Was given too many excuses as to why it wasn’t getting done. Will not be recommending or returning as a customer.

I Just spoke to a gentleman (don’t remember his name) from this company. I called and asked some questions about a snake I had seen in the yard. He was on the phone with me for at least 15 minutes and I am the one that closed the conversation. I was Relieved when he told me that the baby snake I saw was a Black Rat snake- not venomous. I thought it was a copperhead, so now I am less fearful. This guy knew his stuff! Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was extremely helpful and very friendly and patient with me. He answered all of my questions with great detail. And NOT one time did he pressure me for a sales call. I was highly impressed with His wonderful attitude and friendliness. This is a great company that really desires to help people. If you’ve got critters that you need to have removed, I highly recommend you call Aces.

My wife and I recently bought our first home; A 125 year old foreclosure that sat empty for roughly 2 years. During our inspection, it was discovered there was a colony of bats roosting in the attic. We called another company first, but our calls and messages went unreturned. So we called Aces and Scott returned our call almost immediately, and was available to come give us an estimate the following Saturday.

When Scott gave us his initial quote, he was very kind and polite, thoroughly explained the size of the colony, and was patient enough to answer our many questions. He explained the process of evicting bats from a structure and what we could expect during the entire process.
Due to the nature of our loan, all of the work we elected to have Aces perform, had to be completed within 30 days of closing. In addition to the work Scott would be performing, we chose to have new siding installed and other repairs completed by a general contractor. Some of these repairs needed to be completed before Scott could complete his bat eviction, namely the new siding that would cover many of the small gaps allowing the bats into the attic. In our first conversation with Scott, he informed us there is also a very limited time frame available to remove bats from a structure because they cannot remove the colony while there are young present. Luckily for us, our closing date was at the ideal time to have the bats removed without having to wait until the following autumn.

Our general contractor also was aware of the 30 day deadline, and I would be lying if I said he even remotely attempted to meet that deadline, or if I said he worked even half of those 30 days. Scott waited patiently for our contractor to complete the work he needed done so he could get started, but as the deadline approached, that work was left incomplete. So rather than postpone the bat eviction until next season when the work would presumably be completed, Scott decided to move forward and instead seal more of our home than he quoted us for. Scott not only sealed more than he originally agreed to do, he replaced a boot on our roof that our contractor was asked to do, installed a rope on our attic door since ours was missing, and while visiting us this week (1/16/2020) reattached a section of siding that our shoddy contractor failed to properly attach! From talking to my neighbors, I learned he also performed complementary inspections on their houses to look for bats, and for potential openings that could be an issue in the future.

I honestly cannot say enough about Scott and the quality of work and overall experience we received from Aces. He is a very genuine person who I felt was personally vested in making sure our new house was taken care of as thoroughly as possible. To say Scott went above and beyond would be an enormous understatement. I spent roughly an hour getting to know Scott while our soiled insulation was removed and the attic was vacuumed. During one of his previous visits he told us once he left, he was going to get a snake out of someone's engine compartment. He posted a video of him easing this massive snake out from under the hood of this car to Facebook, and I asked him what happened after the video ended. I learned from Scott that this snake was someone's pet that had escaped, slithered down the road and up into someone's car. He removed the snake and eventually the owner was found and the snake was returned. He did all of this absolutely free! Scott said the word of mouth advertising he receives is more valuable to him than collecting a fee, especially when someone's pet is involved! If word of mouth advertising is that beneficial, consider me a lifetime sponsor!

So if you have any wildlife concerns and you aren't sure where to start, look no further than Aces Wildlife Removal! I promise you that you will not be disappointed by your decision and that Scott will look after your home as if it was his own.

Thanks again Scott!

I called this company to help with removing a bat from our home and was very pleased with the service we received. Scott was very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs animal control or removal services. This company conducts business in the right way and they deserve nothing less than 5 stars! Thanks Scott!
