Chance my sales rep really helped a ton (20 tons actually) with my first time DIY project for an outdoor space on my new back patio, check out the photos and try them out for yourself literally a great experience! Highly recommended
Worst place to deliver for truckers. They didn’t care.long waiting time even if u r on time and if u r late they 8-9 hrs.zero star
If you are a Trucker, avoid at all cost. They don't care about Trucker's time. My Driver sitting here all day and we lose our reload. Not even trucks ahead of us, just slow and don't care.
It's Always A Good Place To Unload At! It depends on your Luck to get Parked without being in the street though. There's only room for 2&3 trucks for parking! Otherwise. You'll have to probably park in the Center Turn Lane. Temporarily!
We paid for our brick for our new house 2 months ago. We were told by our salesman, Jared, that once we paid they would start manufacturing our brick. For 2 months after paying in full for our brick we couldn't get a hold of anyone after multiple phone calls and messages. My husband had to physically go into the store more than once to get a hold of someone. After finally talking to someone, we were told that they did not start manufacturing our brick after we paid for it like the claimed they would and now cannot manufacture the size we already paid for. Supposedly, if we want them to start manufacturing a smaller size we have to pay even more money but they haven't been able to tell us how much more or even waive the additional cost due to their own error. This company has poor customer service and have not only caused us to be past our build schedule but are now wanting more money after their failure to manufacture as promised after our initial payment with absolutely no communication with us letting us know ahead of time. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.

Today when i confronted justin at front desk
After 1 hour n 5 min wait on my order i called n 3 hours prior
I asked why 4 operaters couldnt load 3 customers n an hour and asked why we were not served and then the operators could return to there task
He looked at me like i was nuts then off he went n huff

Sat around blocking the driveway with 3 other trucks for almost 3 hours before they finally called me to the back to just around more. Had to call the office and complain to finally get anything done. 4 forklift drivers running around and one can’t unload?
