Took 1 1/2 days and two chats with customer service to get them to pull my part that I ordered online. So much for ready in 30 minutes. I remember now why I haven't done business with Advance in years.

Called first to be sure they had a battery that would fit my car and checked to see if they could install it for me. Gentleman that answered the phone checked and it was a yes on both accounts. Took me a couple hrs to make my way over there and by that time the guy I had originally talked to was gone, so I talked to Henry and he was great! Found the battery right away that I wanted. Store got busy and he was the only one there, but I didn't have to wait very long at all and after the other customers left he helped me switch out the battery. Had it done in a jiffy and I was very happy. I know someone else in a review complained about him, but I found him to be very nice, soft spoken, and helpful. This was my first visit to this location, and I will be back.

I hate standing in lines and I especially hate standing in lines to spend money on something to keep my vehicle going. Paid for my part online, got the text my part would be ready in 30mins, pulled up and my part was ready to go! Service at its finest! Happy, Loyal Customer!

When you call. They put you on hold and never pick the phone up. No matter time of day or day of the week.

Wow, just wow.
If you're looking to be mistreated then this is the place to go! The manager is shockingly unprofessional.
I will never visit this store, actually I correct myself I will never give me business to any Advancee Auto Parts evert again!

I don't recommend using this location's pick up service. I have tried twice, and each time I have arrived with an "Order Ready" email only to find my order is not ready and it will be "a while" before it is. The first time, the person helping me wasn't sure they even had the item I needed in stock. The staff is helpful for the most part, but it's frustrating that the order system is clearly either faulty, or the staff is just pressing buttons to clear things for metrics.

Super rude staff. As a retail manager I was completely appalled at the attitude this guy had. Came in a few days ago to have my codes read and get what I needed to change my spark plugs. My very first interaction with Henry he was rude. Then the rudeness continued until he actually started showing me parts, then he was nice until I left. I ended up having a friend offer to do my plugs so I didn't need everything I purchased. I went back to return some items and he started sighing and shaking his head and dumped the stuff all over the counter saying "I knew you'd be one of those to bring this back cause you were trying to do it yourself. " It wasn't just that he was annoyed, he was actually being hostile. Who talks to a customer like that? I'm really disappointed because I had such a great experience at the Silverthorne location that I was planning on using AAP from now on but I think I'll go back to O'Reilly's. They're always kind and helpful.

After being on hold 30 minutes I decided to call back and got repeatedly short answered to hold. If you guys can't answer the phone or deal with a customer within 30 minutes you don't deserve my business.

Walked into this store.grabbed my oil.stood in line 15 minutes never got serviced. He did acknowledge my presence about 5 minutes in, then another worker came in at about the 10 minute mark.

Love the people here. Always nice and laugh at my jokes. Even said they missed me cause it's been a month or two (I was there atleast 2 times a week due to family car jobs over the summer). Clean store. Knowledgeable employees.

Didn’t have a great experience here. The staff was unwilling to help read the OBD II codes for my car and belittled me as I tried to help. The classic sexist auto shop experience

Not very helpful and never seem to have parts, but they will sell you a battery if it is in stock or send you to another store in grandview.

Terrible service! Ordered brakes and they claim to he order didn't go through ordered again and again no delivery. A waste of my time driving to pick up the brakes 2 times and ordering 2 times 2 hours of my effort only to not get service. So disappointed and I reschedule 2 times to he mechanic.

The lady working was not friendly or helpful. I’d highly recommend going to a different auto store even if it’s out of the way. I called a different advanced auto parts and they were extremely willing to take care of what I need and very kind.

Hope this location can be more personable and helpful in the future.

This store was great for years, until the last few months. The new manager is rude and reminds you constantly that SHE IS the manager. Won’t warranty parts that are still supposed to be covered. She won’t open the store on time. She always gives me the wrong parts. RUDE RUDE RUDE! Even my kids thought she was extremely rude. I can’t shop here any more.

This location is customer friendly. I had an emergency situation with my truck and Brian went over and beyond to assist me with safely getting back on the road. He was honest and very helpful. Brian keep up the good work. We need more people like you in our communities.
