I walk in three employees are just standing there talking I say hello to the fat man with the grey beard, he just looks right thru me no hi back. I ask them to check why me engine light came on. They look at each other to see who will do it, after they figure it out one of the guys hands me the scanner and says I have to do it myself. No customers in the store I guess we know why.
Nice Kansas city themed t-shirt company. Wish they made shirts in giant sized, but nonetheless, really nice shirts and stuffs. My only wonder is why name a store in Kansas city after a cheater in baseball that played in Cincinnati?
Manager would rather talk on the phone about managing oreilys in Springfield, than check out a customer who’s stood there for five minutes waiting to be checked out. I got things to do, and honestly I’d think he’d have better things to do too.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Got a new battery at another location about 3 weeks ago. Got back from vacation for a week, and it was dead. Very dead. Took about 15 minutes to jumpstart & charge from another car, without the car dying after removing cables. This is the closest location to the KC airport. The staff here helped diagnose the battery, starter, and alternator. All were fine, thankfully.

One of my wipers fell apart. I asked what could have caused it because it's never happened before with high quality Bosch blades. He told me running them with ice on the window. I already knew that but that's ok. So he told me which blades to buy and asked me to buy a warranty. I told him it was too easy for them to just say I had ice on my window and not allow me to get new ones under warranty. Ironic. Then I got home and figured he Sold me the wrong wiper blades! I had to drive back in the rain with a broken wiper to exchange them for the right ones. The young lady who reluctantly helped me was playing a game on her phone. I was standing there waiting in the other line and didn't see her at first. It seemed she may have been hiding behind merchandise at her register. Maybe she was doing quite well in the game I don't know.
Friendly staff steered me in the right direction on the parts I needed so I went ahead and bought a jack
This place is very clean, everyone i talked to in store was lacking in knowledge and confidence. They told someone on the phone they didn't know what part he needed because they had 2 different manufacturers.same part made by 2 people, lost the sale. 2 of them said this. The manager was decent but not around and seemed a little skeptical of being there.
This is the best experience I've ever had at an auto parts store hands down. The whole reason was one person. Edgar helped me with everything I needed and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I can't remember the last time I had customer service this good. Like literally ever. I was surprised when after helping me so much he was cleaning the bathroom. I hoped he would of been a sort of manager to teach the new people how to have customer service like him. If this were my establishment I would promote this man immediately. Extremely knowledgeable, super courteous, and the best service I've ever received. What more can you ask for? Thank you again Edgar!
Order online and pick up in store. Often times you can get deals on the website not available in store. People at the counter were friendly and helpful.
