As a single, non-mechanical lady, having to do self-maintenance on my car gives me anxiety. I've been to many O'Reilly's but they have never been as helpful as this Advance Auto Parts. I have been going here for a decade, no matter who is on shift, when you walk in they attend to you, help you find what you need, give advice, and help you get the best deal. They also offer to help you with their free services - these are offered by all locations, but many other locations treat you like it's a huge inconvenience to do it - this place acts happy to help. I've moved a little further away recently, but I drive the extra miles because I know this place treats me right.

They are getting this 4 because the young man was so helpful but the young lady in there was loud, obnoxious, ghetto, rude, and super unfriendly. She much more worried about her phone, some man, and her food. The bonnet/hair tie on her head looked a mess. She was a mess. Completely unprofessional. The young man asked her to help me and she refused. The young man was on a scooter due to an injury or procedure, but was super kind, knowledgeable, and professional despite their computer system giving him many problems. I will not be back in here.

Dropped a battery off for charging at 2pm today to see if it was still a good battery or if it had a dead cell. Dwayne said come back 6pm it should be ready. I arrived 5: 33pm and the doors were locked. However, Dwayne did bring the battery to the door and said, "I have no idea if its a good battery, nor if its charged. " This was extremely rude and not beneficial for the customer. I will not visit this store again!

I've bought approximately 600$ in parts here, I've installed 80% and working out excellently.
Customer service is good
Know what your talking about fixing b4 going in.

This guy Eljan really helped me have one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at this location. I am grateful for the service! He really went out of his way and in this neighborhood it seems hard to find good customer service at times.

I came today for some brakes and rotors. The service so amazing. Sheldon and The Rpp Manager Tamera helped me out. That Women knows her parts and the young gentleman Sheldon was a big help today as well. Those 2 have wonderful customers service. They helped me carry my parts to my car… Too bad the young lady won’t be there no more. I guess I will be going to a different part store to get my parts. The General Manager doesn’t no nothing. He told me when I called he didn’t have them in stock. He lied. When I was walking in the door you should of heard how he was trying to talk to the Rpp women. He was very rude to her and the some of the customers. I live 1 block away from this place every time I’m on blue ridge driving by he is always outside on his phone and talking to the people that be outside that’s non customer. They hangout in the parking lot all the time. Why is the General Manager always outside? That young lady be in there by herself half of the time. This store needs to be reported. I bet there not making 15hr an I know that don’t get no lunch breaks. All of the employees are nice and respectful beside that General Manager he is rude to his employees and customers. I swear he has a drug addicted. Where the drug test at? I hope to see the young lady at her new locations. Advance Auto your letting a true young beautiful and intelligent women go because of your Manager. That’s really sad. I hope the other employees leave this company to. Thanks for the 30year I had with advance auto. But I will not be shopping there no more.

It took me four visits GM to get the thinks I really since their wasn't but one agent helping. I don't know where all your staff is/was, perhaps yah ought to find out.
When I came back about an hour later, there's was two ringing up, and I got what I wanted. But I had to return for store visit to pick up an order that was being sent to this Store. I took a picture attached I hope. So there's one gal they're, all alone, no back up or anything I felt really sorry for her. I waited.
And I waited.
And I got to wait some more.
Then finally another guy sounded off about this issue. She said they're coming right, taking a 30m drink break, soon after he return and he helped the next customer and he called next, when two others next to me said, why can't you help me standing under the Banner that says Store Pick up. I mean who new, why I was standing, perhaps you ought to ask me, I told him I was in to go the order he placed for pick up, and I was in to do so. I also asked, I've already paid, how long should I have to wait for service, until I'm the last customer in the store.
The service was fine, once I was able to get some. I'm posting here also as no employee wore a mask properly all the time I spent in your store today.
One final thing, I told this guy I've alway's use the old Troost & v54th Ter for over 20 year's and processed a original membership in your store. But what happens to the things I had been doing, wouldn't it be beneficial to transfer?

I was looking for transmission stop leak there was a Women in there by the Name of Tamera. She was so helpful n very nice. But the New Manager is rude. Walked right passed all of the customers in line n on his phone all the time. Standing outside smoking cigs every 3mins. He left her in the store by herself to help 10 people in line. He is Awful General Manager. He was talking bad about all of his Team Members. He couldn’t stop moving. When did Advance Auto stop taking Drug test for General Manager’s? That General Manager is definitely on Drugs. Who hired him?

There is a young lady that works there name Sherri she is awesome. She was very helpful. The store mgr Brain was awesome as well.
