4Me and my buddy were on a mission to find an adapter for my buddies car stereo, the guys at advance were very helpful as soon as we walked through the door, ultimately they didn't have the right part but that was because of miscommunication, very clean store, very knowledgeable staff, seemed like decent pricing also
I usually go to auto zone to get my parts. I may start going to advanced more often since the past few times I have been there I didn't have to wait for a day or two to get the part I need
I stopped at a different auto parts store prior to this to discuss issues I was having with my vehicle. I'm not an expert by any means but they were completely uneducated and wrong about their advice. I went down the road to Advanced Auto and spoke with an expert. She was incredibly informed and helpful. She guided me to a solution and recommend the correct part that ended in a correct solution! In the future I won't bother with the other auot part stores in the area and come back to Advanced Auto Parts.
Failed to mention my battery had a bad cell when I picked it up, only to find out from my mechanic after paying for another tow to their shop.
